The MED board has received written assurance from Proventure as well as its funders that Proventure will initiate transfer of a first £1m payment to the Project SPV by 4pm US-time on 22 December 2023, but no later than 29 December 2023.

I’m assuming that this means they will initiate the payment by 4.00u.s time, but it may not be received until the 29. Which is 3 banking days..

Once/if the money arrives (2 million), for me that’s the trigger. At that point they are committed under the terms to deliver the whole 27million. If they don’t deliver the rest MAST can simply with hold their 85% until terms are met.

If the money fails to arrive (for whatever reason) they will seek another way of capital funding, maybe an even better deal.

Anything could happen here..
