I reiterate

Mast owes Kibo a £700,000 loan.

Kibo holds currently £450,000 asset value of mast shares.

Kibo’s own market cap is only 1.65million much of which is affiliated to Mast. If Mast fail, Kibo is no more.

Mast spent its money acquiring and developing a number of sites ready for gas generators. Some might say unwisely.

Further investment is required to finish the job.

The

Mast owe Kibo £650-700k as an existing loan. They will not allow Mast to go bump. The j.v allows for repayment of monies involved in existing projects that are moving over into the j.v. Upon completion of j.v Kibo will want part repayment of this loan “expected”….

As far as the future goes, the smaller the margin of Kibo owned shares the better.

Update soon. Let’s hope they have used this time wisely..

Or…. Kibo finished selling on the 23rd, Since then the price has risen. 18.5million shares offloaded and the share price has remained relatively stable.

It goes to show how important Mast is to Kibo’s survival. They’ve raised about 75-80k from this 7% sale. Kibo are truly desperate.

A deal of sorts will be done eventually..

I was referring to the spike on the 12th January. After someone invested 35k…. From .3p-.6p.

The same could happen again at any time…

The difference is I use words like maybe, perhaps, possibly. I never make a personal statement and confuse it with FACT.

You may have lost 10k in the past but if you invested 10k today it could be worth 30k upon completion of the j.v..

Mast had a single PI purchase last week of 35grand.

This update was 2 weeks ago Monday.

In my opinion in order for Mr Kona to schedule and book a visit in order to sort out the issues, two weeks is about the right amount of time.

Dsrt, that’s absolute nonsense…. We have a loan of 700000k which he may want another partial repayment of upon payment from the JV. But selling all mast shares?????? Kibo and Masts mc are similar at present within a couple of 100K. If Kibo sell MAST as an asset, they are gone, caput, worthless. Upon solving Mast’s funding issue our mc will greatly improve, then he may sell a few more down to 40% perhaps..

Some of you are really trying to damage sentiment further here, the BOD really don’t need much help on that score..

An intelligent person wouldn’t continually make the same mistake….

As over the last few days, there’s s as few 1 million buys going through. I reckon this is the 6.5million buyer getting as much as they can before news breaks. Maybe expect a TR1 soon as they could have easily accumulated 50-60k worth. With a market cap of under 1.5million they would own around 5-6% by now.

Someone knows something….

Share price has dropped very little from yesterday’s close at .6p.

Market makers just rinsing as much cash as possible from yesterday’s traders.

The big money here will come from bravery (or stupidity).

The next news will be big news, that 35k buy yesterday has reassured me.

Someone bought 35K worth yesterday. (FACT) Know one would risk that without knowing something.

I’m confident of good news soon.

This is still a super cheap entry point considering a 34million j.v is about to be confirmed. 70million shares traded yesterday.

Expect high volume today also.

ffs 60million shares traded today

270million total shares in issue, of which 60% owned by Kibo, Venter + institutions.

Long story short around 1/2 of all non institutional shares were traded today. Not exactly back of the sofa.

I hope you not responsible for costing people their hard earned….
