You asked last week to name a better investment on AIM well. Argos would be one , falkland explorer with the benefit of having a partner in Noble who drilled in your neck of the woods, but decided to invest in the NFB nearer Sea Lion . As you have said , sanctioning hoped for early 2018 , will undoubtably spike Argos and in a small way Borders.

PMO are in very protracted discussions with Govt and operators over Sea Lion, therefore no update can be released, not bad news, I think the first news we will hear 1st Quarter 2019, POO back to over 62 dollars .

Thanks Camkite for your thoughts on BOR , and yes I am sure that in time if the POO remains stable at current levels there is a chance of outside investment in SFI will happen but not until Sea Lion is sanctioned and well into production stage, remember all the infrastructure costs will be met by PMO and RKH and Noble , which will allow a partner for BOR to forego a lot of costs, but of course it is deep water which raises costs again. If Erik Raude had not been a total rust bucket Noble would have hopefully found oil at Rhea, they were three weeks away . We have to be positive on all fronts.

In reply to some miss informed persons re Argos acreage, namely the five stacks Helios, Rhea, Kratos Selene and funnily enough Sea Lion are all under the same stack and merge at different depths Sea lion being the furthest east, their Chatham has already been acknowledged as a shared prospect. The total best estimate 3083 million barrels , not a collection of small prospects I think .

I appreciate your responses to my post and do agree that in time Borders ship will come in , but not in the next programme of development . Any interested partner will want the SL to be sanctioned before any deal can be struck,and with earliest production not being before 2021 , I do not think the Southern basin will come into play for another ten years. Noble bought into the North basin precisely for that reason alone. Good luck to you guys , I know it will happen for you , but not quite so quickly as we all hope. Held Borders since 2009.

Noble energy bought into Argos Resources after the disasterous drilling in the South and did not even start the second one before switching to buy into a 100 per cent owned territory next door to Sea Lion . Due to blow outs and the state of Eric Raude they pulled out of drilling Rhea . Noble who are the only presence in the FI will concentrate on Argos rather than deep water exploration in the south , which cost them over 200 m last time. PMO and RKH might sanction SL in 2018 anyway, so again the South will have to wait.

I think I am correct to be positive due to the level of POO being 61.54 and PMO shares are now north of 70 , and the definite mandate of RKH and PMO now in the process of funding Sea Lion next year, this is not just being a devoted Argos shareholder but a businessman who can see a good long term deal when he sees one.Patience has been required but Noble are not paying in excess �400000 to do nothing, they will be gathering resources and information as we speak, to carry out drilling, especially when Sea Lion and POO is looking Positive.

Over 60 the afternoon, there is a small oil glut left which might take the price down to slightly below 50 but after that new oil exploration will be back in vogue, and that is when the Falklands will come into play big time. Sea Lion should be sanctioned next year and Noble will slowly emerge to take a key role. Even Govt ministers have said in confidence the Falklands will be the new North Sea in five years time !!!!!

Oiluser have you not seen the news re PMO funding of SeaLion with the help from British Govtnloan programme and also delayed payment for infrastructure companies as well as a FIG delay in collecting any tax. Quite apart from the fact Argos money men Noble will be eyeing up this opportunity to drill Rhea when a sanctioning of Sea Lion is imminent , Zama is only a quarter owned by PMO and they do not have control , Sealoin they have and the HMG want this to happen to help pay for FIG defence and the long term benefits of oil when North Sea finally dies.
