Noticed RKH has moved up significantly in the last few days on the back of POO at 56.77 and the rumour of FID becoming a reality , look at some of the posts on their BB. Noble will undoubtably taking great interest as any FID will make the commitment to Argos a no brainer with all the infrastructure ready made and possible share of equipment a great cost saving .Note President Oil beginning siesmix in Argentina !!!!

Now sitting at 56.17 , significant by the fact 55 is the magic figure and the news from PMO and RKH progressing with 2018 funding of Sea Lion. Notice all heavyweight institional shareholders still in place, they have obviously have a long term view or knowledge !!!

There is real hope Sea Lion will be sanctioned with the help of HMG alongside FIG with new govt loans and contractors delayed payment. Noble will b e watching this unfold and start progressing a new drilling programme starting with Rhea.RKH shares strengthening on the news, Argos will follow without a shadow of doubt.

Looks like PMO are looking to British Govt to help finance the Sea Lion project, good article in FT . Bodes well for Argos , as Americans will then feel it worthwhile drilling the four wells , if there is infrastructure in place.

There is a very interesting article today from David Yagernfor Oil voice, saying oil consumption will not diminish but increase in the future 25 years , all the doom and gloom merchants watch out , electric cars might be the far future but not for at least twenty five years and even then they have to build four nuclear power stations the size of Hinckley I do not think they have thought this through, Politicans of course,.

POO nearing 51 dollars should uplift share price of PMO / RKH and Argos , at some stage but market still not believing in the Falkland dream . More fool them .

Thank you for that MikeMike very interesting , 55 a barrel has always been the magic figure that they would feel comfortable with and I dare say Noble . But historically Noble always share drilling campaigns with other US oilies and might make the decision next year to sanction the long awaited drilling of Rhea, and probably three other prospects which would then entitle them to share some of the infrastructure costs of production with PMO / RKH . They have 100 per cent ownership so can afford to farm out some of the drilling costs at favourable rates.

I did mention some weeks ago to watch PMO, their shares up 27 per cent on the strength of huge oil find in Mexico, this should help them negiogating a farm out situation for Sea lion and give the confidence to the city they are capable explorers, something sadly lacking for a couple of years. Of course they will now concentrate on more on Mexico which might mean they can afford to partially offload Sea lion at a more realistic figure to another company . That was always on the cards but now is reality , anyone else's thoughts welcome. Might tempt Noble out of their beauty sleep!!!!

Something is brewing ,nothing concrete yet watch PMO board .

Noble will drill the Rhea prospect within the next two years , along side another American company. They have the licence for free only the exploration costs to pay for, whilst Argos shareholders have the advantage of no dilution they will benefit from any announcement from Houston to the point of spudding Rhea and four weeks later an oil find. Unlike RKH we are not waiting on the whim of Premier Oil to sanction Sea Lion , thankfully.

After the RKH AGM , Noble has been mentioned in so many sceneio s that it is now self evident that they remain a force inthe Falklands and will with some American friends end up with the majority of both Sea Lion and our licence which they own for free. It does not take a genius not to realise what might be going on, but very hush hush !!!!!

Susan Cunningham has retired and been replaced with pro Falkland fan Gary Willingham, do not be surprised to hear some interesting news at the tale end of the year. This share is sleeping at present but it might be worth a punt at these rock bottom prices.

Over 53 dollars a small recovery in the POO. PMO and RKH have to make some form of commitment soon .

Strong buys today suggest there is still confidence in Noble intentions, plus they are paying 300000 a year to Argos. It took them years of hard negiogating to get this 100 per cent ownership with potentially bigger reward than Sea Lion. They will explore this acreage for sure , but in their own time but before November 2019, sooner than you think !!!!

Nothing surprising only the are duty to bound to tell the shareholders the unlikely scenario of Noble not drilling the licence although they have extended to the end of Nov 2019. They will not give up on a 100 percent free carry readily , POO has to maintain a steady mid fifty for them to implement a drilling campaign . There is plenty of time, patience is required and this share will come good.

The reason I think the shares have been hit is purely down to MM sentiment on Noble depleted share price and the drop in POO, and until the price is pegged at the mid 50s they will not commit a drilling campaign, there was oil gathering in Houston last week exactly the same time as when the POO was tanking so not the best time to enquire about the Falklands. They have the Argos territory for free they will explore but we have to be patient is the answer .

A good post Mike Mike , I think if POO persists in the 55 to 60 region Noble will carry out the Rhea drill and share the abandoned Chatham drill of RKH which as you say straddles Argos acreage with PMO and RKH , or share costs with another American Co to drill all Argos acreage. They will then decide to carry out the proposed 5 per cent royalty or buy out Argos shareholders entirely .. Argos share price at that point anyone's quess but it will be beyond the 31 p price they started back in 2010.

Absolutely , I sometimes write on RKH board spouting that same scenario , that Noble will effectively take control of the FI programme by steely stleath and shrewd business knowing PMO are now not in control of their own destiny and RKH are caught in a dreadful situation . Either way RKH shares will dilute but quess what Argos shares are a safe investment as they have a free carry through the drilling and production process . Rhea has to come in and the seismic says it is all the same attributes as SL. I know who I would be investing in now .
