Not if he is talking total rubbish, it offends my intelligence and anyone else's .
I find your comments moronic and rather offensive please go away
I am afraid the greed of so many so called investors are not the type of investor that is required for this company. We invested here for a uplift on news of drilling and ultimately extraction, and finally and annual royalty payment which dwarfs any dividend of a normal company. I have always maintained Noble will not go it alone , but the question is another Yank or PMO . However everyone's so excited over the possible sanction of SeaLion it is inevitable theories abound. My comments we certainly not supposed to create the mayhem of the last few days but on things for sure , we are worth double than a week ago. Mike Mike has the measure of what's going on.
Why do you think Noble gave up on South Basin and duly did a deal with Argos , purely because they know the NFB is the only area which can and will be extracted.Bor might have considerable resoures but Noble have taken a long time ascertaining the quality and probability of a proper oil find , unlike the deep water enviremont down south.
Totally agree with your sentiments, we are experiencing Day traders in for the fast buck rather than the long term return this will give plus the added value of the shares themselves , which one does not wish to sell , otherwise no income from the royalty payments , but just the fact the shares will have a huge value when the royalty payments start to happen. Five years is nothing, and you are sitting on a nest egg giving a far better return than anything else in the market
I have to say the recent posts are by obvious day traders who are very badly informed on the state of both Argos and Noble finances,I have been involved from day one when we floated at 31 p in July 2010 and sold a tranche of shares at 64 p and still hold a considerable shareholding , so do not think I have done my research on the viability of both companies before now. We will hear shortly the real reason for this rise in fortunes , be patient.
Argos are totally independent of any further funding so NO DILUTION of the value of these shares ever !!!!!
Remember Rhea is just 3 Kms away from SeaLion, Noble drill Rhea and three other prospects nearby they can then help fund FPSO extraction programme and they will have more oil the PMO as Phase 1 is extracting only 220 m BB , if the Yanks come in it changes everything. My theory anyway.
Just posted on RKH BB re Noble maybe partnering another American major to take Edison stake and plan a four drill starting with Rhea.for next year which will allow them to join PMO and RKH in the extraction of Sea Lion .
I suspect if you look at the Argos price up thirty four per cent, it might be something to do with Edison selling their twenty five per cent stake in PL001 where Noble hold 75 per cent majority. Another American major might be timing in with Noble and possibly PMO and RKH . Noble normally share exploration drills , like with Humpback in the south basin. They might want to drill Rhea before PMO sanction and start Sea Lion , so if oil is found in any of their four prospects , they can share costs of extraction with PMO and RKH.
Re Analazise of Rockhopper vs Hurricane , plus there is a very good interview with Tony Durrant confirming their definite intention of sanctioning Sea the Lion and see it as the most crucial part of the future of the company over the next twenty five years, seeing the project split into Phase 1 and Phase 2. I think the reason for the huge gains for all FI oil co s ,all we need is Noble to announce a drilling campaign which has to be sanctioned before Nov 2019, a commitment made in the agreement with Argos.
Well done for discovering this in depth and positive interview with TD who openly commits to Sea Lion and sees it as a crucial part of Premier Oil for the next twenty years. You must view. Also read Momentum analyse of Hurricane vs Rockhopper, again RKH is seen as the better investment.
Look at PMO and RKH gains today, at last the momentum has started for the whole Falkland story to unfurl. The city now must now know , this is not just a punt , but reality. Argos in brilliant position to ride on the back of Noble long term involvement .
They all think we are going to be a major player in the make up of the forthcoming events, at last people are realising we are quite a factor in this whole campaign and have huge financial muscle care of Noble to bring to the table. No dilution here the crucial factor when they start the whole proceeding hence the chance of picking up a very cheap share now, so it should gain momentum as time goes on .
Exactly
I did post this morning things are happening !!!!!
PMO and RKH over 100 and 29 respectively, and POO around 70 is all good news, but also the knowledge that there is is a lot going on behind the scenes here,, but knowing the Argos board they play their cards very close to their chests, however with what is going on this is so cheap.
I would be a liittle cautious on those figures , I remember now it was more like 2.5 dollars net income still gives around 50 million income to be distributed to shareholders with minimum costs , practically like a pension fund with a lifetime of twenty years. Tell me another better potential investment, that is why the savvy investor saw this as a long term play by the Directors but the only one which protected the existing investors from seasonal dilution , watering down value at every turn they needed further funding. Noble are not going to give away 100 per cent ownership when POO is over seventy and not turn their back on drilling.
