I have just shy of 2m shares at average 2p, I would vote no to a £100m offer, whats the thoughts of others! Do many people think they would get enough votes at that level, maybe a £200m offer?

RNS- Interested party value £100m IMO a group who have put a value at an unknown time on the project.
Potential purchaser for approx that value. IMO different to the group. Only IMO but wording to me means there is more than one individual/outfit interested

Firstly lets just wait and see what the offer actually is. Always reject the first offer, wait and see if any competition comes to the surface, by the looks of it there is more than one interested party. Hopefully then the offer will be substantially increased.
If not we still get to vote , we can only make our own personnel decision as to what we feel is right at this current stage of the process and this current political environment and the location of the asset.
Time to just sit and wait for the real information to come forward

If it keeps going up , volume is good then they will have to release a speeding ticket RNS statement IMO on the basis on the ‘chatter’ media speculation is it true or not or the reason for the SP rise, if it breaks 3p then IMO the market will force this RNS from the NOMAD

Well the recent volume would indicate something is brewing IMO , will we get any real news this week or are they giving yet more time for certain stake builders to increase their holding.

We all have a feeling the TEO is imminent but is this current lift the old buy in anticipation and sell on news? Obviously many years away from development but in reality any thoughts on what value a very positive TEO could add to the current SP? I would guess only interest in buying the mine would generate a real rerate at this stage? Could it be our mystery accumulator May show their cards soon?

The impatient are selling chasing the dream! IMO the accumulator is buying, obviously has patience and a plan. Question is when will we here what this plan is! Biggest thing we have to look forward to is the next shareholder update!

Yes lots of if only! If we are to be ‘bought’ by a Russian outfit or individual what is the current risk appetite for a Russian strategic commodity. With the Russian Ukraine issue and possible sanctions down the road is this just a case of pure bad location and if only.
Lack of transparency in the status of the TEO and then the what next plan is obviously frustrating but also intriguing.
Simple question is how much longer do we have to wait for just any update?
Nickel may go through the roof but will Russian actions drop us further with unknown delays ?

Yes TDT , I believe it is 1 person/outfit as well. Question is will we get expected TEO news next or some form of surprise. We must be due something at least in January maybe?

We have all been extremely patient here and are no doubt still invested as we believe the product will be a success. Yes timelines have been altered but the last 2 years have been nothing but catastrophic for many people, businesses and just basic development in many areas. 2022 really must be the year for QFI and with the potential in the pipeline I can only just hope we can be all be hugely rewarded for our patience and that QFI is a success for itself and the environmental challenges that we may see going forward.
Fingers crossed we can put COVID behind us this year and just learn to live with it and move on with a more positive outlook. Best wishes all for 2022

Very nice post DaProphet, yes there is risk here but also much potential reward. For me January is going to be a very important month and I would like to see some form of operations update in an RNS putting out information on the team and all viable ongoing projects and status. Yes until we find out that any of the projects have been terminated then all is very much to play for but the communications must certainly improve ten fold from the previous years.
Good sentiment and project milestones met and delivered on time , whatever that time frame maybe will deliver a strong SP in 2022 all IMO but all we can do is wait and see, failure in Q1 to deliver and I may have to think carefully about my investment.
Let’s hope the new team deliver.

Well nothing has changed IMO but time has passed by. It has been an awful disruptive year due COVID and no matter what depending on what governments say and do we are in for a very long ride of disruption as IMO this is not going to go away. Can QFI get there environmentally friendly product commercial? If so when? Due to the pandemic I am sure it is not a priority for many but all we need is one. Maybe Mexico, maybe Morocco, maybe even someone new.
Hopefully 2022 will be a better year for QFI but I will remain positive and patient. I wish all on here a safe Christmas holidays and just keep those fingers crossed we do get a reward from our patience. Best wishes

Great work foxm, this really would be a golden ticket if it comes off and it certainly is looking promising. Maybe not this year but early next year we really need a huge morale boost, let’s hope the new team set up can deliver a much better 2022 with project completions!

Thanks TDT , we have have the last few weeks of low volume and price drop off, if we see a buying spree sometime in the next few weeks then it's a defo for me. Some is doing something and for me it is on the quiet. Link it in with Bob's latest region news , thanks Bob and for me something is about to become clearer! Just have not got a clue when or what, just something. Maybe after hopefully nice TEO update this month something might pop out I hope!

Well it is news, for me any news is positive but I think we can only hope for a big TEO update before year end and we get to hear about it as well! Not long now before we hopefully get some real meat on the bones and can then let the clever people pick it to pieces! Back to sleep then!!

I think we just have to put this episode behind us and move on. We are going to see new people and positions in the company soon and can only hope they do a much better job with communications. Work have me going to Tenerife on Friday so will not be able to make the AGM but tbh I am not expecting anything until a changing of the guard. Again more than happy to be proved wrong but not holding my breath.
I still believe much progress has been made but yes we must wait for that elusive RNS to be delivered. Sooner we can move forward the better, lets just hope the new assembled team and positions do a better job in delivering timeframes and comms.
There is still so much potential there as per PR`s 9 points, we are not off the table as yet, lets even hope they all land at once ;) ;) :) :)

I will wait for the new line up to be announced and see if there is a complete communication change after the AGM, but basically yes they must deliver for me in the next 6 months. I am still more than happy to wait as for me at the moment the risk/reward ratio is still more than good with this product we have to offer. Just one commercial deal and we will be away. It really is a game changer and with all the options shipping, industry, power etc just one hopefully will start the ball rolling soon.

HF14 , yes I am not expecting any news before the AGM due to the past performance on date guidance. I have written it off although as I said I would gladly receive any juicy nugget that they throw out for any major progression on any of our projects. I am hoping for a new chair to deliver more realistic guidance in the future and a better way of communicating to us loyal shareholders. I still believe work has progressed but maybe just not as we have wanted to from the past guidance we have been given.
