I can also sell about 1.2m shares at 2.26 so someone is happy to gobble them up :)

100% agree Geng, this is all nicely set up for the accumulating individual or groups. News next few weeks I guess when they have enough to push the vote through!

If there is a low ball offer coming soon then all of this is playing into a certain individual/groups hand. No doubt further accumulation and an offer in the current climate which IMO will be no doubt accepted by enough to get the deal passed.
No one knows what the future has in store for the region when it comes to politics etc
I do have to wonder if we will see an offer sooner rather than later now.

Yes, very interesting interview, a different look at things from a different angle maybe. Good and bad to be sorted out maybe. Well I just can`t wait for the next operational RNS to find out where what when we are about to do over these next 6 months. Yes for me don`t even think about the `cash runway` until the SP is much higher and also there is more concrete in these discussions and the ink has dried on a lot more progress. Make the current money last longer if more time is needed!

Or they have walked away to ponder while they soak up even more shares at 3p! All options are on the table good and bad but like always I guess we will be the last to know!

They will still take a million at 3.1653 , someone wants shares but yes very patient to just absorb the selling! Let’s see if there is a lift tomorrow for news maybe next week!

Geng, sorry off topic any thoughts on QFI possible recovery? Just as a question as well how many hours a day do you spend creating and examining charts? Just very interested, thanks in advance if you choose to reply.

If it was a leaky ship then I would make an assumption that if something around 7.5p was incoming then the vol7me and the share price would be significantly higher than what both are today.
Can I say we will get news this year and be sort of right?
Back to sleep and still waiting for that 7am notification, but what’s the betting it will be another warrant conversion. Patience in the bucket load everyone :) at least we are holding above 3p this time at the moment, maybe next times article will boost us over that hard nut of 4p :)

If an official offer is made should we not here about it through an RNS. Should it not go to a vote of the shareholders? Surely then if it gets kicked back should a higher offer be needed? Or has the intended buyer actually got a bigger stake or is in the process of building a bigger stake to get that offer accepted?
The lack of news at the moment indicates maybe no offer is on the table? Or can anyone just say yeah there will be one in the next whenever? Can the board actually withhold a genuine offer from the shareholders?

Yep DP , just sit back , wait , be patient, there is nothing we can do IMO. The product speaks for itself, we just have to hope the team can deliver a commercial contract sometime this year and let the ball and the SP start rolling. Nothing said or done on here will make any major outfit change course, they will do their own homework and either use us or not, only time will tell!

Yep another strong building block and great results, it’s a long road ahead and IMO it is being built with a powerful product that just keeps getting better! Patience will be strongly tested this year but what is still not to like about the green brother!

Well any thoughts now after the latest Times leak that we get an RNS next week. Hopefully all will be cleared up and we can finally see what is on the table. If the deal is needed to be sweetened then obviously this should be an improved offer but by just how much, what is acceptable from the BOD. If no one else is interested then will even the offer be sweetened? How much will it need to be for them put it up for the vote? Hopefully something maybe Monday morning, start of the week to get the ball rolling! We still basically know nothing of what is going on but the Times reports have been on the money so far, let’s hope they next turn up with an article on a bidding war!

Thanks TDT, can I assume from that document that there is a very good chance that there will be no taxes to pay from the sale! Just having a guess from a quick scan.

Yep IMO they are in the process of building a hefty stake and if they are behind the potential offer then when the offer is eventually released they will want to accumulate much more a lot quicker. They will need a big shareholding to push through a 7p vote if there is nothing added to sweeten the deal. Royalty after the event seems a nice sweetener if the previous chat is on the money.

Agree Geng, they no doubt have a plan and have been working on it for some time. Just keep buying below 7p, nothing to lose

They simply will keep accumulating no doubt up to 7p, when it comes to the vote for the deal it will be interesting to see actually how many they hold and what effect that could have on the ‘shareholder’ approval.
