On the contrary, look what the two II's have done to our SP with their selling. Without many Major holders there is less risk of a major sell off as no one has a major holding. Especially at times when volume is low. Any confirmation that both of these are fully out then IMO there is only one direction this can go with the potential news flow to come. Tomorrow will be interesting and also what news can come before the AGM. I look forward to the next 12 months.
Lots more on the table to show, just need some execution to deliver a real share price rise and without any major holder on board, no one to sell off into the next rise!

Simple fact that if QFI can convert all this potential in Marine, Power and industry then we will all be very wealthy. We must firstly just await how the global powers are going to adjust to this energy crisis and then hope we can generate many customers with this fantastic cost saving and environmentally conscious product. We might be banging our heads over the next few months in frustration or maybe just one trigger might happen to start the ball rolling. Lots to look forward to IMO

Also throw in the mix that we are just not solely reliant on MSC for our future, their are other avenues, paths in industry and power that could potentially be not far away for us to go down. It’s not Jam tomorrow but maybe Jam in the next few years if all goes to plan. It’s all about patience but yes they do have to deliver progress even before this year end.

11 million volume. SP flat, at the moment IMO they are still selling off. Otherwise with this volume we probably would have had at least a double digit % lift. All IMO of course but they I reckon are why we have dropped so low and they are holding us down. Wether they sell out fully, who knows but we have seen this before with Bergen and the nasty spiral. Hopefully not long for news, lift the volume, clear them out and onwards and upwards for hopefully a fantastic finish to the year and dare I say a double digit SP with good news. All just IMO :)

Basically you just don’t know, so what if something is printed or said one day, doesn’t mean it will not change the next day. Take for example a few global events over the last few years. Milton will do what they need to do, today or next week decisions will change. For us we need to get trials underway, and hopefully follow up commercial contracts. If this happens then we will see SP progress, at this current time we just wait with patience and hope we can proceed down the path. If Milton sell aggressively the SP goes down, if they stop we may even lift a little. If we get positive news we may lift a lot. Simple no one knows what is going to happen for the rest of this year or next. Especially with certain events going on in certain areas of the globe.
We can only hope we as a globe go forward positively rather than negatively.

How exactly do you know that? Do you run the fund?

If they are selling out fully they had at last count 69mill left to drip away. With the current volumes IMO this is going to take months to shift unless the company can provide some very positive news to lift the volume. Sadly we don’t know what their strategy is, sell up or just reduce. We will just have to wait for holdings update! Although if the company do deliver then they are going to miss out on some huge potential!

Great post Vince, things have changed over the globe over the last few decades especially when it comes to getting things done IMO. Especially the speed of change. Let’s yes hope our patience is rewarded, we know the product is a game changer and step up for many applications but getting politics and big business to change is incredibly hard for a small outfit. Only time will tell for the rest of this year if it comes good but I really hope so for many.
The share price has been hit by the Milton sell off simples. We just don’t know if the will continue to sell out or have stopped, whenever the volume does pick back up on the next news hopefully it’s it the right direction and upwards.

It’s all IMO, no evidence at all. None of us are aware what will or might happen tomorrow, next week, month or year. Simple IMO.
Sadly 46G due to the current infancy of the company and without any commercial contracts we IMO will not see 15p.
I still remain positive that at some time and place this will come good, but I have no evidence of that yet either!

I am prepared to be shot down :) All IMO of course but I do think social media etc is a complete waste of time energy and effort. We are going through a phase of talk talk talk, chatter chatter chatter and nothing gets done. Meetings after meetings, just like roadworks with no one there doing anything. Big business these days simply do not want to change anything unless they have to. Why unless basically they are going to go out of business to they need to implement extra work for the benefit of the future unless at this current time they are not worried about anything.
Sadly for QFI again IMO, Morocco is not going to happen otherwise it would of already. MSC are just plain to busy to change apart from a little bit of talk, no action will happen unless they have to by the regulators. Utah IMO are our only and best hope as they really do need the conversion as it will benefit them significantly. Mexico it could but I doubt it because of politics and the above.
I have no expectations and will have no disappointments as I can see what is going on around the globe and I will still remain invested until early next year just on the chance one of these can come good. Timelines forgot about them, let’s just hope this great product does find a home somewhere. I say good luck all invested as we really could do with some good news but I am not really blaming the management as imo the product sells itself but big business does just not want to change yet.

There is no point in having any IMC call until basically progress has been made IMO. Nothing to say until the next RNS is released. Utah news maybe favourite for progress or maybe a schedule update for MSC.
Only barrier we have is the resistance to change from those at the top IMO. Everything else seems to be box ticked. Is it too much still for these huge companies to want to change for the better and save money and the environment. Sadly this huge card is still on the table IMO, Utah could be our only saving grace as that could be the easiest opportunity to deliver.
Only time will tell but just one will do for me.

I think the difference now Vince is that there is the global climate aspect on our side now and in theory many outfits that need us more than ever before. Can this be converted?. There is a lot more pull to get this done this year IMO. However I certainly am not blinkered and I will be reducing or even leaving if nothing commercial by year end. I am fully aware `big change` is hard to convince so for me, the clock is ticking down.

It’s the same mood behaviour whenever the share price falls. Yes I am not happy with it but basically one who is invested should maybe just wait until end of Q3 and see what they have completed. Utah, Morocco and MSC build up. Any more that may show up like Mexico. Nothing is going to change daily even if a great RNS comes along because this share has a long road map to commercialisation and until maybe next year I doubt we shall see even with great progress a huge difference in the SP. The tests need to be done and the clients are the ones who will push any pace or slow it down. We all know it’s a game changer for many if it is actually utilised but take a look at the global picture for little small QFI and put a factor on the reality to where we are for such a small company. That’s why when so much fails with even great products, at the moment no one believes we will succeed. I know the product is brilliant but I don’t know if the greater outfits and companies out there are even bothered unless someone higher up the chain tells them to do it.
Bucket loads of patience needed here but still no matter what our team do, sadly there is no guarantee it will come off.

A blockbuster will simply be when a client signs a commercial contract, doesn’t matter how big or small but just one to get the ball rolling. All other ‘stuff’ relying on ‘clients’ can be taken as is. Future events may speed up or sadly even slow down our distance and time to getting one of our projects over the line. I believe it will happen but will not hold my breath until a signed commercial contract is delivered.

On a bad market day this is another positive building block RNS. It might not be a mega block buster but it is a step in the right direction. We must be patient for the rest of this year and keep fingers crossed that we keep moving in the right direction! The SP will work in time but still more to come from Utah soon hopefully and as I said before I am very happy with the verbal MSC agreement done so far, the paperwork will follow when it does.

Spot on Vince, they have a verbal agreement with MSC to proceed, that’s good enough for me. They are getting on with the equipment and lead items, let the lawyers etc take their time as they do to finalise the paperwork. It will come when it comes. Focus on Utah this month and hopefully a follow up RNS next month. As for Morocco, well I will leave them to bang their heads against brick walls. We are moving forward, just very slowly but at least we are going in the right direction.

The sales pitch FFS has already been done. Utah/MSC/Morocco are waiting for a space in behemoth machines to fit little Quadrise into their busy schedules, MSC or awaiting outside permissions to go ahead with projects ie Utah. Even the Americas don1t need a salesman as they are working on the paperwork that has been provided to them.
This does not happen overnight, its not selling a car FFS.
Suggest people switch off and be patient because its going to takes many months before a commercial contract is delivered. Daily whining just shows that some people really just don`t understand how the globe is working these days.

Marvellous, fantastic interview, get in there for the positivity! Not one sector with anything remotely negative. Yes still lots of work to do but wow, just getting a few of these put through this year will be simple transformation and extremely well worth the patience of many years.
I will shut up now with a big smile on my face and just relax until the next RNS.
Let’s hope this cake becomes a big one with plenty of icing going on the top next year!

Yep I asked for a form of regular update in the last investor call and for me this is just what IMO is required on either a bi-monthly basis or quarterly. It answers questions good/bad and puts a shape and direction on the future. Its up to the individual to decide to buy/sell/hold. But better to have some information than none.
Good RNS from the company and I hope the next one they provide will be either MSC/Morocco or something new. Hopefully another operational update maybe after the samples have been tested from Utah.
Lets hope the next 2 months go smoothly and productively.
