Maybe the Tuesday for me then, but very happy for this week if it comes, it will hopefully give us something to chew on for the long weekend!

Put me down for RNS next Monday, jobs cleaned up this week. RNS next week or maybe some form of holding update if they have not quite got them over the line. Are we also expecting a business review next month. So whatever happens over the next few weeks then maybe a change of direction is on the cards or something different or new. Fingers crossed, an RNS tomorrow however would be very welcome :)

Putting together this potential 3 way RNS may well have some hurdles to jump. Only one roadblock from anyone in the chain could delay into next month. Although I might not be happy at the missed timeline, I certainly can forgive them if they deliver the trials and also put the meat on the bones with refiner. That has been an unknown but any knowledge generated going forward will certainly give us many more clues as to the future direction we will take in the years to come. We just need to get the ball rolling.

Yes it certainly looks as there was never anything concrete on the so called sale as the big sell off just below 4p put paid to that. No mention of the talk’s continuing but also no mention of them not , but until lawyers are put in place for dealings within Russia then I doubt this is going anywhere soon. When was the last time lawyers were supposed to come back on something. Was it Habib gate?
Yes while he is on his salary I guess next news will be after H1 when the money is needed for the Russia based team.
Any chance of any TEO information soon?

We already know MSAR works, it has been used before ie Mearsk . What we need and potentially have is people or companies who want to go the extra mile and use us for their own financial and environmental benefits. But yes the really big SP figures will only occur after the bigger commercial contracts are fully signed off.
We still have a long path to walk yet.

In the call I think I remember they mentioned a European refiner to produce the fuel for the Morocco trial, how many or how much supply for the MSC bioMSAR trials. They mentioned enough crude glycerin for 3-10 ships available.
Basically lots of info to hopefully come this month. Will it come in one blockbuster RNS or a good scattering. Just getting the ball rolling will make me happy again.

I am actually hoping for number one next week maybe Morocco and then the MSC return after Easter weekend. Utah not so sure if and when, maybe Tomco news first, but hopefully something to start looking at from next week. They have been away this week so hopefully we can get the ball rolling soon enough and with all the other potential maybe something different that could put a fire into the discussions. Come on Mexico, you know you want us :)

Couldn’t care less about the share price. For me it is all about signed contracts, trials commenced, delivery of successful trial, final delivery of commercial contract after many many years of patience.
I will then see where the share price is and then hopefully look at early retirement if it’s good enough! Smooth sailing this year will IMO guarantee a successful 2023 and a decent share price then!

Well I defo think a change of sentiment has occurred after yesterday’s call. Still the company must back up its talk with action and delivery. Yes boots on the ground next week so let’s hope they can deliver progress over the coming weeks and not make us sweat until the end of the month. MSC and Morocco I feel are very positive but Utah is reliant on the others to get finance. I really hope they can provide a very juicy report back to Mexico and make it irresistible for them not to engage the process. If we can unlock the Americas then IMO the sky is the limit.
Let’s hopefully start walking this month and build up for a sprinting 2023, if it’s positive I am really looking forward to the ride.

Well this is it Wonga, it will alter sentiment if they actually deliver this month. If they do then maybe just maybe we can put the past behind us and actually deliver for a change. It could be a very exciting year ahead but it has to start and hopefully this is the beginning. If they fail or come up with excuses then maybe just same old.
They certainly must be confident to say what they have just said. They will look foolish if nothing happens this month, simples.

Really pleased with the Q A , basically they have the rest of this month to start the delivery of pen to paper. Business review next month, my fingers are very crossed for progress but it’s all in the delivery now. Timelines have been set.

Let’s hope for a change of sentiment today and a so called new beginning for us. Not obviously expecting anything at the call but a promise of a change in comms for the better, a better attitude in progression and dealings with the people who really are in charge of our current prospects and a bigger and better promotion of our game changing product would do nicely for a start. The message does have to be got out there for the cost and environmental savings we can deliver. Hopefully today is the start.

Straightforward RNS, I suppose Q2 now very critical in some areas. Disappointed not to see any new areas on the menu. Next wait for the conference call

Any thoughts or debate as to where the Nickel price might stabilise? At what point may it just be too expensive, or basically will the price just have to be passed on to the consumer!
All the predictions of previous years are just out the window but anyone want to speculate, or again will we just have to wait for the conflict to end and the dust to settle. Which with Putin in place could be many many years ahead IMO?

The Company confirms that it is in discussions with a potential purchaser to sell its wholly owned subsidiary, Irosta Trading Limited, for approximately the indicated price. Irostra Trading Limited owns the Kun-Manie Project.
Such a disposal would constitute a fundamental change of business under AIM Rule 15 and therefore be subject to shareholder approval. There can be no certainty that any agreement will be reached in respect of the proposed disposal, nor as to the terms of the proposed disposal. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Can anyone confirm that if the talks stop, does an RNS have to follow to say no agreement has been completed and its back to daily business or do we just have to keep guessing talks are either off or on? Is the further announcement only if an offer is made and then yes off to the shareholders for a vote?

Spot on Kammy, Russia with Putin is going to be a very interesting case for years to come . Nickel is going to be needed for years to come, one way or another it will eventually get mined but not by us. No one is going to be able to guess future Nickel prices for years to come but why not promote our value with the current Nickel price and let the shareholders decide if they want to take a deal or not. That is if any deal is incoming. If there is nothing on the table then lets promote the TEO and publish where we are and what we are doing next.
My guess is however no news and no offer.

Yep fully agree MD, we need to move this along, promote the real value and put the for sale sign up and move it along quickly. Shareholders will get a vote on any offer so it will go for a value for what shareholders feel is realistic at the time. Get the TEO released to the market it serves plenty of notice to the market and could attract real potential buyers and give us a clue about real numbers. Nobody saw Covid coming, Putin doing his thing, what is next around the corner?
Start being proactive, but sadly as you say AMC haven`t got a raised voice in them and for me the silence is not golden.

Yes we can only hope, at what point are we able to put a so called deal on the table if there is still one in the pipe. If the potential bidders are just messing about then when can we get the TEO information on the table to get us maybe a better value of the mine. How about then after the TEO release and better information they then put up a for sale sign with a realistic value for maybe a Chinese or Russian real company with real talks to take it further.
Silence is not helping, just showing how poor things have become. Put a line in the sand with the current talks , release the TEO and get real comms going!

It is the unknown about the potential ‘Russian’ buyer or buyers that may or may not have had sanctions against them put in place. The RNS has stated that no one the company are dealing with has got any sanctions against them at the moment!
Irosta Trading Limited obviously again is outside any worries or concerns!

If I potential offer is to be announced by a potential individual or group, then the company have set the grounds clear that the interested party is not involved currently in any U.K. or USA sanction list.
I would say they better get a move on and announce such a potential deal in the offering before they do get put on a sanction list, that’s if they are Russian!
Hopefully this RNS was a set up for the juicy RNS which IMO is just around the corner!
