Wow-was that an admission I’m not a transactional bean counter?

It was a good guess based on my own painful experience raising money on the back foot recently-it’s a terrible time for raising money in the summer too.

Im sure VCTs will devour this when they get a contract signed but that will require AIM of course.

I think raising money in this market is very hard work and potentially punishing-with interest rates coming off, sentiment is changing.So me being ‘a transactional’ accountant, I would be raising a small slice.I have been saying it for weeks if you care to read my posts.

As an aside, I think they will raise a small amount and hope to raise more when some of the deals are executed.AIM off table for a bit in my opinion and makes sense given dilution of a big raise in a difficult market

There are no JVs mate-if there are, show us.They will need to convert the MOUs as I have said before.

Think of it like a first date against a marriage-the latter is a JV, the former an MOU😊

There are no JVs-I have said several times they need to convert MOUs to tangible contracts, hence my view on production timing and cashflow.

As for cash, let’s see what pans out over the next few weeks

As for me, I don’t call things right all the time but I do recognise ramping and jump the gun comments like you have just made on Non existent JVs!!

Simply because they have a cash burn of £280k a month and no income-is it me?
