I agree 404x-it’s a breach of the rules and hard to believe they didn’t discuss things over the kitchen table

The minimum market cap route I alluded to on a Designated route to AIM-no problem if you have a market cap near £20m given the cash raise would be small.In this instance, the market cap means the raise would need to be much higher.

My understanding on a Fast Track Aim listing is that there is a minimum market cap rule post raise-hence the need to raise a decent chunk of cash given the current market cap is well under the threshold which I believe is c £20m.Someone will confirm the number but I agree this is no longer an investing company.

I think the company raise ended up in the right place to mitigate dilution but there is no way that was the original strategy.AIM was the attraction for the VCTs but the market is and continues to be difficult for a big raise, particularly with a CLN overhang -will be easier if they secure a formal contract in the next couple of months.It should focus minds on the prize.
