I’m perfectly lucid and really don’t need to join in with your happy clappy gang led by ‘in the know Long and one of his disciples.

I’m not arrogant mate-far from it.I come from very humble beginnings and in all the businesses I have been involved in, I have been very inclusive making sure all get a share of the spoil.If I’m coming across that way, apologies.

I do see myself as a counter to Long-I’m sure he has the best of intentions but trust me, he’s not as close to the action as he claims, notably on the recent attempts to raise money,AiM etc.

I was basically picking up your 22.28pm on 29/11 post about Oxford etc and simply tested the water with other angry posters.I would have loved to have gone to Cambridge-sadly my poor family background stopped that chance.

I may not be well liked for saying it how it is but I have called the key aspects of this company for some time and I got most of them right.Sadly this world needs more candour-people prepared to say it how it is rather than behave in sheep like fashion.For evidence here, just look at Long who thinks he’s the Pied Piper and Lion who seems to enjoy his slipstream.

There was someone similar on EUA called Tilly-he was the resident expert but over £1bn of value has been lost while he chose to ignore the rather obvious problem of Putin.

I’m actually a fan of DGI-but there are inherent risks, rather obvious ones, to current equity.Ignore them at your peril as it’s likely new equity will make more out of the rather tricky current situation

Well I’ve been to Cambridge and run several successful companies from scratch-that’s why I know what I’m taking about.

Since then I have really called the company down-the chairman is an idiot and has made a career out of abject failure.Its always ‘just around the corner’

Look at the balance sheet-carrying £50m of WIP on an asset they still have to pay for.There are a few rampers on the advfn site for Min-they are very vociferous but fundamentally losers, given the fact the company has been run into the ground.I would tell the chairman what I think to his face

Why are people selling?Im all ears.As for your crazy comment about the CLN, they haven’t converted yet That’s the problem-if they do, there will be a wall of stock sitting on the books;a big potential overhang of profit takers unless locked in or loans extended..Hence the company should be kicking them into the long grass to allow the company to breathe.

As for you Long, you do agree that your VCT queue cannot invest unless this company moves to AIM or becomes private-Standard List companies simply dont qualify do they.

I’m no troll-I’m simply pointing out the positives, and there are some, and the negatives,again there are some.December is a key month clearly so not long to wait for the direction of travel

Agreed-getting to full production will take time however.That’s how production works-hockey stick if they get it right.

Only issue for me now is cash/CLN.Rest is definitely moving in right direction.No charts

It was a near term risk when it was presented at the last Placing-it needs to be restructured

On production , it looks maybe 12 to 18 months off-that’s the real world and they will need cash to support the JV

today’s news is a indeed good news-verification of a commercial product so a big milestone.so we are left with two unknowns, being the size of the imminent raise and how this plays out with the cln.any placing will address both points so not long to wait.chicken and egg but i would hope a small raise and a standstill for the cln to allow the swift move to aim

He’s right but maybe not as well put as it could be-there is a Placing coming.

I disagree with Long though-it won’t be at a premium in this market and most likely it will be a small raise.The Aim floor of £20m is tantalisingly close so I would resurrecting the fast track Aim listing and talking to the VCTs.

Good news indeed Harley-and the SP now within touching distance of the £20m market cap required for AIM which will allow VCTs to come in

Long-it’s absolutely essential they have an Indian manufacturing presence given the market.So the JV is the right thing to do.Its the low hanging fruit to a commercial product too-shorter time to market than the other stuff

It’s not a group Harley,it’s a public posting board where anyone can put across their views, good or bad.Herein lies the problem-many on here really only want to hear the good bits-there are many.But there are also bits I would label as indigestion.Myself and a few others have taken a balanced view and looked at both sides.

Here’s a big question for Long and no ducking please.If there is a long list of VCTs wanting in(your words in the summer)where are they Long?Im only a simple transactional accountant as you say so please educate me-I’ve given you my considered view which stacks up.Your view looks rather based on …your view.
