I don’t think they are allowed to take money out of the Russian subs Uk to the UK company-that is the likely audit issue but if it is, they should say so

The CLN is clearly a problem-a huge overhang and Long must surely see that.It needs dealt with and a lock in doesn’t achieve much if anything.

I think they should abandon AIM for time being-raising money in this market in the middle of the summer doldrums??Hard work despite what Long claims.

Someone queried the monthly cash burn of £280k.Its in page 22 of the Presentation document from the Project Jesper fundraise in April-Long will confirm.

With a c £300k per month burn, and no income of note, it makes sense to raise enough to get onto AIM-VCTs can’t invest in Standard List companies.Long will confirm again.

No lies Punter-all hard facts which is how I base my decisions.This is a good company but under capitalised and with a CLN holding the SP back.I will invest when these capital issues are resolved

As for the AGM approvals, so what?They have increased their authority to issue another £8m worth of shares-does that mean anything to you?

This company needs some positive action on the MOU and clarity over that pesky CLN which kicks in on an AIM listing-until then, volume will be low and the SP will stay in the doldrums

Punter-it is quite normal for companies planning to raise cash to increase their authorised share capital before they raise the cash.That is sensibly what DGI did-securing shareholder consent.

The point I made is they increased by £6m and £2m of share capital-a useful indicator of what’s planned in terms of a raise I would have though and as Long stares repeatedly, there are several VCTs looking at the company.They can generally only invest in AIM stocks.

So where’s the lie ?
