If they only need a few quid for entry onto AIM, why are they not on it now because it would be a far better proposition for VCTs going forward?

We will know soon enough with that £300k per month burn rate.Even Staylong agrees there is a cash call likely-the issue is how much?

I’m not convinced on the transition from investment to trading company getting round the £6m cash point to be honest.As things stand, it’s an investment company at the point it’s raising the cash.As I say, I stand to be corrected

Not sure I am wrong mate but you can maybe correct me.The PLC holding company is noted in the annual accounts as a non trading entity and in my opinion is therefore an investing company-the point you make about the £6m AIM requirement.

StayLong-if the company doesn’t raise enough to get on AIM, the VCTs can’t invest as it would be outside their investment criteria.We know the minimum regulatory number is £6m of cash to get on AIM.

We also know the company is needing a cash injection.

So it seems that the options are to raise the £6m plus to go onto AIM or a smaller raise to keep the lights on and stay on the Standard List.

What we can’t guess is the strike price.

Jesus-the auditors are struggling to sign off the accounts.Its got nothing to do with a deal, most likely lack of cash to see them through the next 12 months

Excellent analysis Latent-I agree with all it.I suspect a CID is now a possibility given the recent upturn in performance and clarity over cash and would be a very good insurance policy

I agree-the Aim strategy is creating an overhang

I think we need to split the factions into two distinct groups

-the ‘dim’who either got out or avoided the 2020 Project Earth raise just before the invasion

-the smart who were led by the nose by the likes of Tilly and bought more, played Spot the next RNS or ordered the new Ferrari

The plc is a U.K. company and I suspect this company needs cash to comply with audit and regulatory issues.That’s where any cash call would take place but who on earth would invest in this market?

I have repeatedly said that I will invest when they sort out India and the CLN-and the uncertainty over AIM is removed.Until then, it’s really roulette
