RE: WHO IS THE SELLER?25 Jun 2024 22:53
Long has still to do his homework but here is my view from listening to the guys present in the last placing which Long thinks didn’t exist
-the Indian JV is the future, the only future
-the Indian market is where they need to be.Local manufacture is key
-the chemistry bit of the company, making cells from crustaceans is bonkers.Close it down-a distraction. The notion of building a business/giga factory on this is nonsense.
-the new CTO appears top notch but his focus really should be on delivery of the product.
-not sure about the solidity and alignment of the BOD to be honest.I thought a bit disjointed.
-the insider stuff stopped me investing in the Placing.Toxic but now dealt with
-balance sheet needs more strengthening. The £800k raised won’t go far
The company has a chance and I would invest if they can convert the MOU in the short term.
As for the comments on AMTE, same chemistry/factory story.I was asked to invest and turned it down.Deluded management, competitive and low margin business, hundreds of miles from civilisation.
I don’t short.Never have.Im here because I kept an eye on it after turning down the Jesper raise which Long is in denial about.I don’t work for a crew either.
In summary, dump the sea shells crap and focus 100pc on the Indian JV.Big market and great margin.Thats what I told the team on my call
