They widen the spread every time there is a risk that it will go on a run. Don't think they can do it much long and it's definitely looking for a range breakout above 3p

There isn’t much between 3p - 5p a bit of volume and this will easily rocket. Strong week incoming and if you can get anything under 3p it’s a bargain.

Everything over 3p now, news on next steps around the corner expecting it to be next week. Plenty of upside if we see strong volume this could really move quite quickly, it doesn't take a lot for this to move.....

Think we will see some fresh momentum next week and if there is positive progress than we will see it return back to 7p+………. Think movement on other fronts could possibly help to especially news on P140 platform. It’s time immupharma spread its wings beyond just lupozor also a few additional partnerships might help. Still all to play for at the very least I think whatever happens with lupozor we will still be a takeover target for someone who wants to take our p140 platform technology on the cheap. So minimum fair value to I would say is 10p based on current market cap which is roughly £30m pounds. Someone could make a hostile takeover on the cheap. As the p140 platform gives a host of potential drug treatments that can be developed.

Zengas - I am pretty sure that Zafiro is the next acquisition after chad / Cameroon and the timeline fits initially was due to wrap up in Q3 because that’s when we would have concluded chad / doba acquisition and proceeded with this. Let’s hope we can wrap chad up in the next couple of weeks surely Savannah must be targeting that too. As they want to get things moving on other fronts. As far as I can see payment issues look to have been settled which probably means all things satisfied. We have already done the leg work with the ministry by also tying up renewable deals surely the ministry would not want to drag it out any longer as it helps no body. Would be good if we could wrap this up this month. The market is clearly more conservative and not priced this deal in probably because history of deals in Africa is that they drag on and can fall apart for example seplat deal in Nigeria

Also Avion if they proceed to phase 3 committed $25m usd for phase 3 in todays exchange rate that’s £22.5m double our current market cap just for us rights. Surely it could have crossed there mind prior to launching phase 3 just acquire immupharma as a whole and than proceed to phase 3 where they have 100% rights to the drug in US and globally. I am mean if they were to offer a hostile bid of £20m that’s still 6p a share and financially in line with what they had committed for phase 3. Albeit they will than have to fund phase 3 with additional capital. I guess the only reason it comes to mind that we could be a target is because our market cap is aggressively valued so low to where a drug company at our stage should be so who knows all to play for either way

Perhaps either way let’s see progress next steps. Surely they would have been aware of FDA stance on the drug prior to the formal response through consultation that they have been having, so they would have already started strategising how to progress weeks prior to the official FDA response. It will be interesting to see how they go from here on in, clearly FDA has given their own recommendations on dosing and end statistical end point on phase 3……

Think with our phase 2/3 status with FDA guidance on how to successfully get phase 3 done has positioned us a unique scenario, together with our current market valuation, I would be beyond shocked if we don’t become a hostile takeover target or at least someone attempts to at the very least. At current market cap the prize is 100 to 1. Drug potential is $1bn+ and market cap under £10m. My personal take is either avion might want 100% of the cake as they already have the US right already or avion and immupharma attracted a bigger pharma who is willing to buy out both immupharma global rights and avion US rights. Reading between the lines they have always said that they were negotiating with potential partners outside of US and FDA response would have determined that let’s face it how long have they been talking about this it’s been years, my only reason is why we haven’t had any partner announcements is because someone wants to gobble this up in one swoop the only question remains who ? and at what price ? Let’s face it we all knew that when the drug is near to market readiness it wouldn’t be under immupharma and that has always been the case an aim company does not take a drug with $1bn+ potential to market it’s unheard off It was always going to be a target for some corporate activity let’s hope it fair and equitable to all.

Definitely strange as it’s not a named individual but corporate accounts who provide other services. Definitely some corporate activity in the works. If we were us listed we would already be a 100 market cap company…….

Company secretary change seems slightly odd just speculating but could we have a takeover bid coming and hence appointed some chartered accounts as our company secretary………… could get interesting next week

It would not surprise me if we become a takeover target, now that we have full guidance from FDA on how to get Phase 3 approval, and we all know the safety profile of the drug is A++,. Avion have US rights already so they may want to come in and swoop all of the company. Market cap under £10m for a drug in advance stage / phase 3 with billions in market potential, even a hostile takeover of £50m would be cheap and only 15p. A huge move is due and I see the value gap closing shortly

All energy stock particular oil stocks moving huge on the upside. We seem not to be correlated with Oil price probably because the market needs confirmation that the chad deal is complete, once done we will be more aligned and the moment we are predominately viewed as a utility company than and oil and gas company, surely we can't be far of from sign off now probably within the next couple of weeks......

I was worried that FDA had issues with the safety profile of the drug, but instead they have recommended a higher dose to optimise the drug, which means they are happy with the safety profile now it's purely about optimisation for the end user being at the right dose, that is massive news and very few people realise this, FDA normally have safety profile issues and normally ask to lower drug doses in clinical trials, meaning the safety profile of Lupozor is in the top range. Once people catch on to this will move pretty quickly.

Could break the key 7.50p level today and will get interesting in the afternoon........
