Yes indeed and possibly break in to profit - at least in the 2nd half. Our MK is a dozen times last years revenue so I'm not expecting the SP to go into the stratasphere. What I do hope is that all aspects of the business build in a planned and controlled manner.

My eye is on Stone Alliance. If Fox can demonstrate sound practice in growing the business and give confidence to the potential backers then the future could become mega. So no more optimisically hopeful forecasts but strong steady growth. (I nearly added stable!!)

I want Fox to under promise and over deliver - slightly different from the recent past!!

Hi PilotBill, as you say a good buy at this price for all the reasons you state. The sp is now down to where it was 6 months ago. The future sp will reflect the last few years growth - can anybody lend me a few quid please?!

All joking aside it is difficult to see how IDEA can fail in the near future. I intend to hold for the next 4/5 years before reappraising.

Could well be massive. Consider that the SP has trebled in the last couple of years - partly on possible future prospects and partly on existing company competency. This announcement may be seen as confirmation of both.

The timing of this means that the next half-year report will give an indication of how well this is progressing and the full year reports (2019) figures will have the potential to comment on future growth.

Both figures will be factual and, if good enough, could be the start that makes us a truly international company.

Well sort of - my guess is that it will be a year or three for results to really grow. I've only been here just over 2 years now and in spite of averaging down I've only lost half my money!

However I'm confident that Gmaa is a growth stock - just got my timing wrong - again. I Will be topping up again when I can afford to lose more dosh!!

Many thanks for the link niky. Lots of info and well laid out. Business model change (page 13) grabbed my attention. When the contracts were announced I sort of registered it but it would seem that we are spreading our wings a little here - our unique coating, up to now, has been applied to the customers bit and returned with an invoice attached.

This is definitely different. We are researching a wider range of substrates and if that proves successful then we could can extend this into perhaps plastics? If so then supplying not just the coating but also the actual part itself means we develop a further barrier of entry to competitors.

This could extend, not just the coatings, but a whole range of applications that would make us truly unique and I rather hope just a little rich! .

I guess I could echo your sentiments re 'to early'. The only real plus point has been the opportunity to average down which I did several times. In '09 and '10 I bought some at 03p so my average is about 09p so I'm in profit but it's soaked up a lot of cash. By far my biggest holding. I'm actually quite confident but frustrated. However we seem to be on the home straight now, it's just a question of how long it is!!

Hi Team83, You're definitely a LSH! I myself got here 11 years ago at 11p a pop - if you don't mind what was the float price? As for Jam well we may well break into limited profit in '19 but it will be limited by production facilities.

At an investment seminar earlier this year Kirkham said each reactor can generate £1 Mill at full chat but some space is needed for R & D. He also said it takes about a year from ordering a new one to getting in to production.

I can't help feeling that if Airbus wants to proceed (and I'm guessing it does) then we will need more than just 3 reactors here and 3 reactors there. Surely they are talking about whole new production facilities - maybe on Airbus site? Maybe under licence?

Your quite right surprised, what you posted is correct. I'm struggling to know why-

A) We're not more widely used being as we have a well established and viable technology proved over many years.

B) The sp is at it's lowest for many years.

We are unloved by the markets and it seems so strange - is it because over the last 5 years or so we've only managed to raise our revenue by about 2% per year in spite of the real benefits we can offer?

Re my post of a fortnight or so ago. To double from this level in say 2 years is assuming, in my book, not only increased profits but also dividends - perhaps only token - but with this company who knows?

Hi Agamemnon, There was an update some 2 years ago. SRT normally negotiate directly with governments but in this case it was a bit round the houses. Our customer was the contractor and their customer was the coastguard who apparently had no budget for the project so the end customer was in fact the government and we're to far down the line to really have any knowledge of any progress, or not!

Hi Bakky, re yours of Tuesday - the increase in the latest contract announcement may well reflect the fall in the £ against the Peso!

Gerald Ratner actually was correct - poor PR though!!

Chris has said not a lot recently. For me this is good as his previous positive statements were perhaps, occasionally, optimistic.

Hopefully the lack of news means things are busy and he has no time to make optimistic forecasts but actually has to get on with production and sales improvements.

I do feel that with a maiden 12 month revenue we have turned a corner.

Well sort of - a meltdown would probably be a little more pronounced!

Many thanks Adastra for your clarification. I do seem to remember that the hope was that micro-turbines could be possibly used in the flows of the oil pipeline business. This was a development from the down hole compressor gas/oil technology which, although it grabbed my attention and money at the time, I'm pleased we have moved on from!

The old Corac downhole gas compressor was, I think, farmed out to "Spirex"? some 3 years ago - but it seems to have died off.l

The new contract averages at some 7.5 Mill annually. Add in say 6 Mill from the transceiver business and our cost base is pretty well covered. Obviously we have seen cancelled contracts before but they are rare.

The Ecuador IUUF three year contract will therefore feed straight through to a gross profit minus production and delivery costs. Shame we don't know the value.

This puts us in profit for the next three years and the question is - Is this the start of the conveyor belt?

Why are some so gung-ho on this company?

The share price is a quarter of what it was 6 months ago and back to where it was 5 years ago. I sold enough shares on the previous spike to recoup my initial investment so I'm sort of neutral here.

We're a profitable company with an MC of just 2 years revenue with apparently planet-changing technology. Why is there no market interest?
