Who knows. One bets on a start-up company on AIM and then you often flounder about in total darkness.

Sometimes you're lucky and maybe it makes it. I do think this one will but in the meantime I'm 50% down. Do not dare to mention averaging down on this particular stock as every time I do it only seems to add to my loss!!

I think we're in a critical period. It's now 3 weeks since Simons upbeat webcast and the corresponding SP jump of 20% or so. We've got some 5 months to rescue this financial year following last years clawback disaster.

So - Just how many milestone payments do we need for this year? My guess is that there's not that many to come without new contracts and so the VSP needs to deliver pronto.

ST seemed sanguine - are we all of the same opinion?

It was 16 months ago that the take over specific fundraising was implemented. Probably discussed with the II's some 3/4 months previously anyway and some 20 or so targets published at the time.

So- why has it not happened ?

A. BoD incomitance/inertia and they don't know what to do?

B. The market moves so fast they can't keep up?

C. A transformational blockbuster deal in the pipeline that puts us up amongst companies on the plane of Babcock's (slight joke!) but you will await our forever decision anyway.

I bet on start-up AIM companies and they all take twice the stated time to make it. Most of my start-up AIM investments needed more than that!

You're in a start-up AIM company (if your invested) that is no different..

But if it does manage Stone Alliance successfully we will all be rich.

Hi Nosugar, no offence but I really hope your wrong! We will shortly announce the commissioning of the 3rd reactor at Virginia and it looks as though it will be needed. The summer announcement of the two contracts, albeit on a reduced margin, gives us every opportunity to break into profit and hopefully stay there.

Cheer up, the airbus road is only slightly longer than the Pan American Highway!! It's just a question of how far we are along it.

To divi or not to divi is always the question! (sorry Bill) But there are more to div's than meet the eye.

As an example I hold IDEA which is a software company who continually reinvest. There stated aim is to grow both organically and by acquisition and increase SaaS reoccurring revenue.

In their last 4 full years they've grown revenue by some 2.5 times from 14.39 Mill to 36.12 Mill with similar, but fluctuating profits, 0.61 Mill to 1.4 Mill. But importantly the share price has quadrupled in that 4 years. My stake has now doubled and my original stake has been taken out. They pay a small increasing divi. The latest yield was (drum roll) 0.2%.

The rationale for this divi was given as a cost effective way to raise awareness of and demonstrate to a wider audience a confident progressive company.

I do appreciate that there is just a tad miniscule difference in the two trading areas! But Fox has a game changing potential that once breakeven/profits arrive there is Stone Alliance to consider. For that to be successful we have to be competent in the present but also demonstrate our confidence and ability to raise our future game.

If we keep yesterdays close to Fridays close then I'll be a happy bunny. Same again next week would make me ecstatic and a couple more times and it will bring forth the danger of me breaking even!!

There actually is a lot of potential here with a low market rating which could produce really strong growth over the next 18 months or so which should show the new model is successful.

Interesting times ahead me thinks.

Hi unvrkw, Yes I think we very close to breakeven and then profits. I noticed you question marked Divi. I personally think a low cost token divi would be a good thing.

A dividend paying company is on the radar of more investors, both private and institutional, and generates more publicity. Either way things are looking good.

Yes indeed. It seems that the last 6 months or so have seen the strands coming together. Sales and revenue are now critical. If the order book keeps growing then I have confidence that at long last we have the production foundations to build revenue.

Profits are a little way off as we will need cash to develop the business but the way ahead certainly seems clearer.

The RNS on the 10th of July last year was very clear. The funds were being raised with targets in mind and would be spent within 12 months of reception The money has not been spent and according to the latest accounts is still in the bank.

You say that a "pause" in funding has been suggested. There can be no "pause" as the money has been there for well over a year! Can you please explain what you mean by the reference to a certain source and a suggestion.

The RNS on the 10th shows exactly what a good acquisition can do. The Polaris takeover in December that facilitated this was less than 10% of our budget and this contract, added to other revenue, means that the business is not only in profit but has opened up a whole range of other business.

We have sat on our hands for well over a year since the fund raise so what other opportunities have we missed out on? No wonder the sp is compromised if the BoD seems incapable of doing what it said it would do.

On the other hand is there some stellar/mega/blockbusting deal about to be announced that will blow our socks off?
I suppose time will tell but surely this can't just drag on and on!!

Then think on about the few shares in existence - only 72 Mill. This has to be a viable punt - around 30K gets you 1% of the company. A more modest 3K bet could give one a bit of interest over the next couple of years.

Thanks for the heads up Jupiter. I've looked on the website and Andrew Scott is not apparently on the BoD. This is not the first time he's been on proactive. Both this one and previous ones have been abysmal performances.

He has the charisma of a dead fish but even worse he doesn't seem to have a grasp of the business. He appears hesitant and defensive. He appears to lack any positivity.

If this is the best that gaming can put up then that explains the share price. Andrew Scot may be very good at his job, whatever that may be, but he's a poor spokesperson. Or am I unfair?

Hopefully the drop is slightly overdone. But at this price we have an MK of some 6 times revenue which for a usually loss making company is not exactly small. The upside of HDD has been knocked back but without increased production facilities we may well be considered to be a bit of a Cinderella.

However I believe that in the next year or so we shall go to the Ball - and we won't need a fairy godmother - just Airbus!!!

Well yes it will be - especially if we can't find the money! We only had revenue of 1.2 Mill last year and 0.6 for the 1st half of this one so 1.7 in two years could be a big ask - I would have been happier with 3 years.

However if the factory produces well and sales grow then our borrowing position should be able to cope. The upside of this is the increase in the size of both the company and the overall margins. Importantly it puts us in a more creditable position re the Stone Alliance project.

We've been a long time coming. But NMS is blinkered and living in the past. NMS needs to reevaluate the current situation.

As NMS seems sure of Foxes demise I challenge him give projected figures for the next full financial year.
