Yes, every measure is upwards and with the last year 3 acquisitions (and one already this year!) to feed into the half year and the next full year then this should only continue. My guess is that while revenue, profits, cash generation and dividends will steadily increase the SP will advance at a slower rate than say the last 4 years when it quadrupled.

I've taken advantage of this rise and sold enough to re-coup my original stake. This could be my first forever company.

When a Company starts tp pay dividends, even if miniscule, it shows the BoD have confidence in the future and it becomes a form of advertising.

However many II's and PI's only buy shares in dividend paying companies. Even if the divi is tiny you are at least on the list. If the company is judged to be well run then there is the potential that some of them might dip there toes in the water.

This is, I understand, how IDEA has progressed so well - hence my comparison.

The current share price reflects the recent history and the enormous potential. In the last 5 years the revenue has quadrupled. In that time profits have averaged less than a million. This is mainly due to the constant stream of acquisitions. We did three last year including Morgan Kia which was a biggy and we've already done one this year.

Some 75% of current revenue is reoccurring which is regular and predictable cash in the bank. The profit forecast on digitalook for this year is some 2.5 times the combined total of the last 5 years at some 12 Mill. I know a forecast is only just that but it seems we're moving to a new level. I detect no struggling!

A year ago we were at 0.80p. A 50% rise in 12 months is, in my book, not struggling - I just wish more of my shares were struggling like this!

Wait for reports of our US venture - if it's successful the only struggle you will have is sheltering the dividends from the Tax Man!

Why would this particular RNS support a struggling sp - if in fact we had one?

We signed the Pristine agreement some 18 months ago but as the US market is in finished products I guess not much has happened yet.

As an aside if the SP continues the recent gains (albeit gently) then we may start to get into the black. I originally bought at 11p a couple of years ago but I've averaged down and I now need 10p. However I suspect that there's a few LTS who need a bit more. I am more optimistic now.

Hi Dar. In actual fact IDEA was in a similar position in 2014 to TP's today, this is why I gave them as an example. They made a profit in 2012, a loss in 2013 and returned to profit in 2014 which is when they started their tiny dividend policy - their revenue and SP has pretty much quadrupled since then via organic growth and acquisitions.

With the long term contracts TP's revenue is capable of real organic growth within the existing businesses. If the 20 Mill acquisition fund is spent wisely then this could easily boost the revenue by some 50% or more on todays value.

The sp is currently so low that it could easily treble in the next 3 years or so particularly if it was open to a wider range of investors than at present. It's only my opinion and could be a bit optimistic but the way this company has re-invented itself since the Corac days I think it's a real possibility. As always - time will tell. Cheers.

Hi Dar, You make a valid point but if you read my Thursday19.45 you will see that IDEA has a high SP growth in spite of a low dividend. The SP is some £1.20 and the divi was 0.16 of a penny!

It doesn't detract materially from their cash but it not only advertises them but also opens up the company to both PIs and IIs who only buy companies paying dividends. By not paying a dividend we restrict investors.

Although the sp and revenue growth has been stellar, in the last 5 years or so IDEA have only produced a modest 5 Mill or so in profits. While IDEA is in software the business model as regards growth is very similar to ours in both organically and acquisitions.

It is of course just my opinion but it seems to have worked for IDEA. How on earth our MC is only a third bigger than our revenue with 20 Mill in the bank sure beats the hell out of me kid!

Exactly right Jurado. ST runs a tight ship and the 2017 accounts showed an employee increase from 47 to 52. My guess is that we may well have an extra dozen or more so by the next set of accounts. This is exactly as it should be to support what appears to be an explosive growth.

As an aside, I've followed the last few years of webcasts, I'm impressed by ST's attitude of under promising in the face of continuing delays by numerous prospects. We are just about to make it and he does the shortest webcast I've seen and signs of by saying it's "Short and Sweet" - Pure class for me!

Hallo Max. Your quite right - is a technical exercise called "Reduction of capital'. One of the results is the ability to pay dividends in spite of the fact of previous annual losses still on the books. As I understand it one loses the ability to put those losses against future profits. However the removal of the losses from the accounts allows payments of dividends.

Perhaps a straw in the wind?

I'm with you Adastra, I hold Ideagen a software company and they pay a miniscule divi The last one had a yield of a whole (drum roll) 0.2% They grow by organic growth and astute acquisitions - sound familiar?

They have made only small profits but In the last 4/5 years they have quadrupled both the revenue and the share price. It's a cheap way to advertise to potential investors.

Hi Jurado, ST has always been circumspect with the webcasts, he does in fact mention that he is now able to give more info than in the past. This is him being confident. My bet is that all of the projects he mentioned will come to pass which will mean six times our market cap in four years. A few more projects in the next couple of years and the MK could be at £4/500k.

ST Has always been positive about the VSP but at long last the conveyer belt seems to be having more than one project at a time being loaded on it. I'm guessing this years figures will be a profit, and possibly put a dent in last years losses, but our next year could see lots of projects on the belt.

9% or so sp rise in the last week but by the end of '19 we could be in nose bleed territory.

Whether this particular RNS is a waste of money or a worthwhile update on company events would seem to be the cost.

Does anybody know the costs involved?

You do have good point in that affluent middle classes are our end customer. Both India and China are currently producing them in hopefully increasing numbers . The Middle East already has them and we have presence there.

Pardon the pun but now we have both production from the quarry and the factory will we be Da Da - rock solid?

Looking forward to it - hopefully next week. ST will probably be happier presenting this one than the last couple. If the VSP could deliver another system contract to complement Ecuador and the Philippines we could even reverse last years losses.

The m-trak and OEM sales are increasing steadily - it was a couple of years or so ago that the intention was announced for this side of the business to cover annual running costs and I guess we're about halfway there on that.

Things seem a lot brighter than July. A new systems contract in the next month or two and another one for the 1st half of next year and could we be looking at a maiden Divi at year end?

I've said before that some gung-ho posters seem to think that we will make it. But the evidence shows that the BoD have failed.
