Quoted spread still too wide, they don't want to make it attractive to trade. Can buy at 9.27p and sell at 8.77p, which is too wide, but the quoted spread is even worse....

It doesn't matter to you when you are buying scraps, but when I bought the 100k this afternoon, if I had to pay 9.5p and no fee or 9.26p and a £6 fee, which would you do?

Unfortunately it looks like a sell, the spread at the time was 1.10p-1.20p and sell before was at 1.14p and buys were at 1.19p, also the MMs had taken over 4.5m buys in the ten minutes before.

Also the other block trades were in round numbers minus a small broker fee that was included, this is slightly different.

It's all in the price anyway, but it would explain how the MMs were able to sell so much stock yesterday morning, they hadn't accrued that much in the days before.

Good day today, lots of volume and a couple of decent buys, the one that caught my eye was the 869k one earlier as that bore all the hallmarks of yesterday's trades and would bring them up to £100k (if one person and also notifiable if so), the million looks to be a different buyer. There seemed to be some sells in with the buys earlier but at least 4-4.5m share buy surplus today. A couple of traders closing out as well.

The flipside of not paying any fees, is that you don't get the best price.

So yours isn't the current offered price, it is the one your broker gives you. Someone paying a fee or using a better broker will find they have access to better quotes.

Just added some more into my SIPP, got 9.26p and 9.299p, by splitting it got a better price for the first lot as was being quoted 9.299p for the lot, saved myself £33 after Brokers fee (or got £33's worth more shares to be exact).

Perhaps you do need some more info, the grant was for use of facilities, capital equipment and staff, that are to be utilised by other partners in the FTI as well, not exclusive to FAB. There is approx. £1m in cash grant that can be drawn down against certain parameters.

The £6m figure you quote, was from a reply by AK when discussing the grant at the Investor Meet, where he explained he had been asked by an Institutional Investor, what it would cost Fusion to get to a position to have all of the above available to them and AK suggested it would have cost around £6m.

It's not about hand holding, it's about good Investor Relations, which in turn will bring in good investors.

Anything we can do to attract more investors in, we should do, if someone has a brief look and sees a wider spread, then they are less likely to get to the point where they find out they can buy cheaper.

I know Dark Ryder does it to flip the price on his platform to the upside, but ultimately we want to see the trading prices and we all know just like with a UT close, it will revert back to the price when it next quotes.

More clarity for those looking in.

That is what attracted me to it at the time, the discount seemed very reasonable and would not have been the case if it was a basket case.

I started buying at 4p and doubled down when it dropped to 3p and have been topping up again recently.

I do want to see AK keep up the Investor relations bit, it is what has set this Company apart from a lot of others over the last year.

Sorry me being a bore, but can you consider calming down on your small buys throughout the day please.

The reason is you tend to get a bad price and those looking in see a much wider spread than it currently is and because your trades are buys the spread is widened to the offer.

The current trading spread is 9.12p-9.27p which is relatively tight and will attract more investors than a wider spread.

GTC definitely one bit of news we don't want repeated from last Feb....

The Company have been very good at providing updates on a quarterly basis, since early last year. I am sure they will want to keep that going. These are updates on general trading. Adrian pointed out that a lot of clients are taking on contracts in slices and then progressing the next stage , etc, etc. This means a lot of the contract sizes are smaller and not RNSable, but it suits the clients to proceed in this way.

We haven't had any news since 4th December and that is quite a while, I hope they are able to give us an update soon, as the re-rate since that Grant news has attracted a lot on new investors and they haven't had the benefit of the regular updates we were getting last year.
