All very well Healey , " wiping away my tears " your so right , im in the same boat , apart from the wife bit , sorry to hear that , but , as you say who can you trust investing on the stock market .
All we investers can go by are a companies RNS statements , daily website forcasts of buy & sell data , & whats said at AGM meetings . All of which are more often than not , misleading plpedreams to say the least .!!!

R.N.S. statements are most likely to contain exaggerated , & misleading content of developement intention !!!

L.S.E. daily website buy & sell entries are misleading & regulary wrongly stated !!!

And AGM meetings are cleverly ringed with highly over ambitious developement plans that have little or no hope of ever suceeding .!!!

The FCA ( Financial Conduct Authority ) set up by the goverment several years ago to help investigate the above company complaints , are no help what so ever in my experience . l have emailed them many times , together with investor relations comp. fti consultance. There replies are ether completely dismissive , or they don,t bother to reply at all . !!!

So , there you have it , WHO DO YOU " TRUST "

Dandee ! its all up to Randee! & his " anticipated " ( where have l heard that word ,many , many times before ) G.D.G. Hong Kong listing , the mind boggles the mess & dept his got all his companies in . About the same odds as putting your money on a horse race the way things are going , the listing is for some unknown reason taking forever . Even his accountants are holding there breath on this one when you read the rns completely .

G.D.G.have been developing cbm gas in China for over 20 years now !

Even if the Hong Kong listing is finally successful & the Chinese prop up G.D.G with more money , Randeep Grewal has made a complete" pigs ear " of the cbm gas assets G.D.G.is supposed to have in China .!

"Why" as Randeep puts it , have G.D.G. been forced into stagnation for the last 8 years , thats not what his previous R.N.S. statements each year have been surgesting !!! Otherwise l ,& lm sure others would not have bothered to invest in his company.

And , what about the latest kick in the teeth , with gas valuation experts "Netherland, Sewell Asso." now forcasting a massive decrease in G.D.G s overall cbm gas assets . Due partly to there miscalculations . Unbelievable !!!

Furthermore , when you now consider Randeep was :

"Not" achieving his gas target outputs each year !

"Not" realising the Chinese Majors were drilling on his licensed areas !

"Not" being able to include flared gas in his yearly output targets !

"Not" realising his gas valuation experts were not doing there job properly !

& "Not" getting on with his chief accountant " Tim Redmond " who finally jumped ship just over a year ago !

One does wonder now , how Randeep Grewal ever managed to become a billionaire !

Sorry to be so negitive now ! l sincerely hope l,m proved wrong ! l,m still invested here only because at todays price its hardly worth selling , like many l held on truely believing this would turn round with Randeeps previouse encouraging statements & the fact the Chinese are so desperate for cleaner energy .

lm not even sure what G3EX. have got to do for the share price to recover with any significance, as the position were in has been diluted by our name change & what it stands for against G.D.G.assets !

Ask Randeep whatever happened to the 56 Lifabric Wells G.D.G. anticipated drilling at GSS main block by end of 2018, clearly indicated in the G.D.G. "notice" of A.G.M. R.N.S. Wed. 6th Dec. 2017.
( G.D.L. would obviously have been contracted to drill these wells )

immy We all know the funds are needed, but why would Randeep not mention such an important drilling project in his 2018 outlook , which was mentioned in his presentation statement just 4-5 weeks ago. Without a Lifabric drilling contract programme , G.D.L is a struggling minnow , as you are well aware of. Perhaps the Chinese majors are going to dictate to G3E who does the drilling for them once G3E is listed .Remember the CNPC contract for 1 lifabric well back in 2012 , which they have proberly copied & adopted & drilled a lot cheaper than G.D.L. And that is the only Lifabric well contract ever recieved from any Chinese Major. -- l wonder " WHY" Ridiculous idea maybe , but something is going on , G3E gas asset value on there acreage will continue to grow whoever does the well drilling & the same goes for the exploration drilling work . lts all just a thought , but why dont you email G.D.L investor relations & see what they have to say about the G3E proposed Lifabric well drilling programme mentioned in G.D.G. December presentation , & for G.D.L to be to be the drilling contractor . Dont let them fob you of , that presentation statement existed , but was replaced .

The most important & valuable think of all , & yet " NO MENTION " by your Chairman of the large planned Lifabric well drilling programme through 2018 for G3E as set out & promised in the Dec. 2017 presentation mandate on G.D.G.website . Which has now mysteriously disappeared & been replaced with the birth or G3E presentation. "UNBELIEVABLE" !!!. And yes James , once again im almost regretting what l posted on G3E forum yesterday . The contradictions of Randeep Grewals mandate statements take my breath away !!!

In a recent reply to my emails from fti consulting , concerning & relating to G3E market valuation , they outlined that G3E shareholders will retain a large stake in G.D.Gs current production assets in the GSS block , even after G3E relizes the revenue it will generate via the dividend in specie with the Hong Kong listing . Furthermore it was emphasized that the large acreage in the remaining blocks -: GSN - GGZ - GFC - GPX - GQY (A) & GQY (B) will benifit & be up for further developement paid for by equity raised in the Hong Kong listing . lt was also stressed that the equity from same listing would settle all of the London listed companies existing dept obligations as we know .. The email also quoted , that whilst not being able to give an exact date of the Hong Kong listing , lt is thought that the listing process is nearing completion , to which G3E management are expecting a market rerating of its value on the L.S.E. inline with all the above listed benifits to the company My conclusions on all the above , is that these same massive cbm gas assets are for real & in place in China & the only problems have ever really been a continued financial mismanagement & liquidity of the company , bearing in mind the enormous costs involved in producing these same gas assets ! So , just perhaps , with the Hong Kong listing connection in place , we investors really will start gaining some share value at long last !!!

Unfortunately , not expecting any news until operations update end of Jan. / begin of Feb. & even then the Hong Kong listing might not be complete . Listings normally take some time , & we have no proper idea when the process started . However when the above is in place l,m sure G3 E should gain with some market confidence and a higher share value , as the current price has got to be considered low by the market when set against our assets & future potential. Personally l think its a good sign that the market has not reacted one way or another to our repositioning as G3 E listing , (share price is the same as before with G.D.G ) & there has been no big lnstitutional sell off . There has got to be something in that !!

As you two loyal investers ( assuming you still hold shares in the company G3 E ) have stated, what went wrong with these two Greka companies ? " Unbelievable " when you consider how valuable the Chinese cbm gas assets are on paper . Audited total worth of around $ 20 billion dollars over G.D.G.acreage in China . l have over many years , proberly like yourselves , reserched & calculated these above gas assets to my brain hurts & am still baffled why these assets have not been more successful . Bad management does seem a posibility with Randeep remaining as only main board member ---------Minipulating Chinese Majors almost certainly ,-------- & as you say , what about the Chinese drilling on G.D.G.acreage supposedly without them knowing ( all very strange !! ) However we are where we are , with a got to be undervalued & further more " stabllized " share price , with the market not reacting to our new company name title !! So when you consider where we are placed with G3E cbm gas asset acreage , together with the preposed dividend share we will recieve from the gas production allready in place , & also remembering G3 E will be amazingly dept free from the listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange . Furthermore one imagines all the above facts have got to be a lot more popular with the Chinese investors on there own Hong Kong Stock Market , & indeed also with massive backing & demand for more cbm gas from there own Chinese Goverment. So maybe , just maybe , all is not lost !!! New year ! New title ! New shareholders we hope !!!

All l have ever done is state the FACTS good & bad , if you cant stand honest facts you should not be buying shares on the stock market . People like yourself live in a cloud forever looking through rose coloured glasses. Randeep Grewal has made a right pigs ear of his enormous gas developement assets in China , for one reason or another, But thats not to say some good should become of it one day , & benifit investors finally . Theres an old saying if you can,t stand the heat -------------------------------------------------------------. And thats what l did with G.D.L. . Happy new year Mr Chow , & do try & think of something more useful & constructive to say in 2018 .

Somebody is CONFIDENT ! Certainly with all G.D.G.s Gas Assets in China, perhaps our dividend in specie share of the Hong Kong listing will be better than expected !!! That would be a " HAPPY NEW YEAR" for all us investors .

A little rustle with the share price , ( going up ) !!! But after latest R.N.S. , Brokers --- Citigroup / Peel hunt / General Media / & just everybody have no comment or opinions on G.D.G.s Listing in Hong Kong . & yet just 14 months ago Peel Hunt were confident with forcasting a buy for G.D.G. of neally £6 pound . The Saga continues !!!

Good news or bad news for G.D.G investors , will this mean some form of dilution, & how much ? l,m not sure !!! Anybody got any ideas how the Listing will affect us ?

Now G.D.G have secured there dept maturities extension , l have been in touch (email ) with investor relations Fti consulting trying to find out if G.D.G.are still looking to raise further money to fund there Lifabric well drilling programme as planned. Mr. Grewal did not make this clear in his latest RNS .statement did he .? Still waiting for answers as USUAL !!!!!
