Mr Chow where did you get your end of year revenues 2015 &2016 from , those figures are completely of the top of your head , so why bother .? End of year 2015 , will be a minimum of $ 30 Million , & 2016 is going to be anyones guess with figures & mobilization orders we have at this moment of time .

lts plain to see that Randeep has manipulated the amount of Lifabric Wells drilled by G.D.L.in recent times , mainly for financial reasons it appears , together with all the developement of infrostructure etc.. Only 23 Lifabric wells have been drilled & completed out of 150 planned well programme instagated over 3 years ago lf G.D.G.dont get there finger out soon & mobilize more G.D.L. lifabric drilling , there own progress & gas targets are surely going to start suffering . lts the Chinese year of the Monkey , so come on Randeep , stop Monkeying around & get your companies mobilized , motivated , & moving forwards finally .

G.D.L.s. drilling progress has obviousely been manipulated by G.D.G. this last couple of years to suit there means. G.D.L.have only completed 23 Lifabric wells out of the 150 planned well programme instagated by G.D.G over more than 3 years ago . . G.D.G. now need lots more gas to sell , as infrostructure developement mostly in place for them & the Chinese . Definite mobilization orders for the above Lifabric wells ( with maybe some sort of guarantee they will be drilled ) is now the main criteria for G.D.L. share price to start rising again . Or is this just wishful thinking !!

Year end 2013 G.D.G. had non-current-liability of $176 inclusive of provision sum $ 13 M. share towards the infrostructure costs . The rest being ( non cash ajustment for tax ) Year end 2014 G.D.G. had $ 531 .M. non-current-liability inclusive of $367 M. provision for costs towards infrostructure sharing costs with partners C.U.C.B.M , CNOOK. & PETRO CHINA.. Our share in infrostructure cost in one year jumped from $ 13 M. To $ 367 M. Why the sudden rise .? The big Chinese companies probably do all this work themselves anyway , making even more money . Anyway our non-current-liabilities end of year 2014 were Total of $ 662 M. ( Makes you think !! ) As you say Themerlin what will are liabilities be at year end 2015 .? lt also makes you wonder why G.E.L. as a service provider is not doing a lot better with these enormouse service developement costs involved . l hope you dont think im over reacting with some of this stuff ,but im both invested in G.D.L & G.D.G. & now always looking for the sting in the tale with Mr Grewals companies , So im now moving forwards with eyes wide open & not half shut , as i probably was before .especially with G.D.L. Your S/P target Themerlin does seem optomistic moving towards £ 10 per share , taking some of the above facts into consideration , although l sincerely hope your right . How do you arrive at that figure .? Cheers !

Hi guys, does,nt anybody know what the $530 . M liability " Provision " is , its a lot of money & a lot more than on last years balance sheet . lm sure theres a perfectly simple explanation , but l dont know . Do you ?.

Does anybody know . (click at top Fundamentals ) & scroll " Ballance sheet " Non current liabilities & note , ( Provisions ) : $530 . 51 Million . What are the provisions amount for & what does that money represent if its a liability . Could it be money in contribution towards infrostructure as per aggreement with Chinese Co. etc. Comments Please !!

This share price is ridiculouse when you consider previousely mentioned figures & oppertunities in front of G.D.L. lm not a ramper , but have to agree with Mr Chow , it certainly would,nt take much for this S. P. to rise a couple pence or more . Four & half pence S.P. & you,ve got 50% rise .

Why on earth would R.G. want to see his company in a bad way , seeing that he owns 65% of G.D.L share value , you dont no what to come out with next do you . You say you want to help , & mention your instincts & feelings , its always about you !!!. You have absolutely no idea whats going on with the positioning of a new broker , but are just lntent on trolling this board trying to panic proper investors into selling there shares , when you dont hold any yourself . You,ve never really explained why you personally hold such a grudge on this company , you must have had a very bad experience somewhere down the line to keep trolling as you do , did you get the sack or something . !!!

We know where we were , we,ve moved on now !!! & looking to the future with G.D.G.& co . Do" you own " shares in this company . & dont forget this same man has managed to keep this company going under very dificult circumstances as you have mentioned , which have not been his fault .

We have dept like most other companies . But after liabilities we have net assets of over $72 M. ( look at the contents of our company in the aim admissions) giving us a total equity of $ 72 M. lnclusive of at least $ 8 M. ln the bank. We also have a Chairman & C.E.O . that is so wealthy that he could buy out G.D.L. & G.E.L. with his loose change , or sell his vinyard in " California " 104 acres ln Santa Maria Vally . Where he is also a Philanthropist & donates money to children in need . Our end of year earnings 2015 dont look bad either with approx.. $ 32M.__$ 34 M. lnclusive of 38 wells for G.D.G drilled under the current Evergreen Continuous Drilling Contract Aggreement .plus 13 completed Lifabric wells & 2 wells for Petro China & finally 9 wells drilled for Essar Oil . For the current year we already have over $ 25 M. value of drilling on our books & many more Lifabric wells that our very successful mothership G.D.G is going to urgently need drilling in the coming h2 of this year to fulfill there gas output targets . We know where we stand & we certainly know where you stand. End of !!!

Bit heavy going but interesting for G.D.L. investers . The company is 5 years old Approx. & it does explain where " crash " got his information from & then twisted it to mislead us into his own deformed interpretation Of what G.D.L.is all about . However , the thing is that G.D.G.have undoubtedly got the means , & indeed do manipulate our drilling programmes to some extent , that has become obvious this last year , but is understandable to a point trying to balance the financials of both companies to future successes . Randeep Grewal is l think we all agree is a very clever man with many abilities , & slightly ruthess as you need to be in the oil & gas game . But as he has said himself he has been dealing with the Chinese for 20 years & has managed to balance & grow his companies to a point where G.D.G.are in a very strong position , with a commercially proven & gas producing company , backed up by major recent development of infrostructure to cope with the extra gas demands . Meanwhile G.D.L. have survived & l do think are about to reap the benefits of G.D.G.success very soon , in the form of many more Lifabric well drilling orders , to cope with all the extra demand for gas in China for many years to come . Whats happening with G.E.L.we wonder , but as mentioned before is this all a balancing act of Randeeps companies to keep them viabally strong for there development & services abilities needed for all the future work lnvolved in distributing & selling on all the extra gas that G.D.G.& G.D.L.will be producing . Sorry to hear your losses Debs ( Tough old game this ) However lm allways looking at the facts of where we are & trying to establish the future , & as l said previously do read the full content of Randeeps speach which is very encouraging . l think the end of year earnings should be more like $34 .M calculating again from wells drilled & shown ln ops. update 5 Feb. (One Lifabric well is worth $ 1.5 M .in case you were unaware ) lt is a very complicated drilling procedure & thats why it costs a lot more than normal wells . Going on to our current year with orders worth $ 27 M. so far , the future looks quite possitive , with our mothership G.D.G. going all out to produce & sell more gas with all the latest infrostructure in place . There ultimate targets will only be reached by a much more progressive & positive attidtude to drilling & producing even more gas , which in turn has got to be lots more Lifabric well orders for G.D.L. & as l said before lndia is beginning to wake up now as well . Alliance news flash 1. Green Dragon Gas sees gas reserves grow for tenth consecutive year . Also mentions reduced development capex , which would account for the slowdown ln our drilling progress during last year to end of 2015 . But all things considered with over 30% more metres drilled than year end 2014 we should have revenue in the region of $ 32 M May be more for end of 2015. Which is not to bad really . For our current year we already have 17 Lifabric wells , value approx . $ 19 .M. + Essar work value $ 8 M. a total of $ 27 M. already on our books for 2016 & lm sure more Lifabric wells to come from G.D.G.this year & who Knows possibly more from Essar . Whats not to like ?. Finally you must read Randeep Grewals speech in London . ( Natural Resources Forum Presentation ) At G.D.G. Latest R.N.S. statement 23. Feb . 2016 . l think its brilliant. lt certainly gives me more confidence for the future .
