The whole reason people are up ln arms about this brilliant engineering mining project is Anglo American are getting it for peanuts , when considering all the monies us private investors have put into it Thats the whole point , & thats why lm voting No !!!!!!! Come on SHEP wheres your backbone .

lt does seem very wrong that after all the amazing effort / support / & financial backing Sirius has had from the people in the UK. & after so many years of promotion & developement of a unique & biggest single mining project ever in the UK. that Sirius Minerals is finally giving all this away for peanuts to a foreign company .
What is wrong also with our goverment for ignoring such an amazing project , & more interestingly would the goverment allow SXX to go into administration upon a significant NO VOTE ?
Furthermore we shareholders have to tolerate Chris Fraser & the board at SXX selling our company like they would sell there own car to webuyanycar.com . But the difference would be that we the people own 85 % of the car there selling .

OK. Anglow Americans ridiculous & insulting offer is more or less done & dusted it would seem , whilst Mr. Chris Fraser is left with a big smile on his chops , having paid himself £ 950 . 000 pounds in wages during 2017 / 2018 together with an incredible £780 . 000 pounds in bonuses during same period , also what in 2019 . This is not to mention Mr. Frasers neally 7 million pounds worth of shares at 5.5 pence of which the vast majority he did not pay for himself .

So , why dont we all " VOTE NO " to AA offer & see what happens !!!
At least it would wipe the smile of Mr Frasers chops & take the SHINE off Anglo Americans insulting offer !!!!

l dont think for one minute the bod or AA would let SXX go into administration , so it could be worth a try !!!

Sirius Minerals Woodsmith Mine in Yorkshire containing approx. 2.6 Billion tons of Polyhalite / valued at approx. £230 Billion pounds after recovery costs .
Neally a Billion pounds already spent on developement cost to-date .
Paid for mostly with 85 % private shareholders money .
Company equity around £ 575 Million after financial liabilities taken out , & SXX board of directors are going to give all this away , one of the biggest mining projects ever in the UK.to Anglow American for there petty cash offer of £ 405 million pounds .

But the" Warm"reality is that the total value of SXX polyhalite exploration to date is worth approx. £230 BILLION POUNDS & thats after mining costs taken out . SOME ASSET !!!!! & thats why im staying put .

Good article on SXX in Sat. Daily Express , & yes cost of mine to completion nearing £ 4 Billion pounds . But , as pointed out in the above article , favourable proven mining conditions composed of Redcar Mudstone , together with a resource containing 2.6 Billion tons of Polyhalite worth in the region of £ 230 Billion pounds , should surely still be an enormous incentive for investment from somebody in the near future hopefully , & is why 85,000 pi invested in the first place .

Also its probably worth rememberlng for those concerned about any mining problems at Woodsmith , that there is a lot better understanding of tunneling today than when the Channel tunnel was constructed that had many complex & complicated geological engineering problems to deal with . SXX therefore spent a lot of time & money exploring the geology they would be up against . lts "definitively" not quite over yet in my book .

As l exspressed the other day , its a dodgy old game investing on the stock market . your relying only & completely on the future proposals of developement intentions set out in the companies RNS statements . ( lf your lucky enough to get one )
How many times though have these intentions that you wait months to hear about have mislead , evaporated , or failed completely of there developement proposals , & left investors high & dry . l could write a book !!! Roobans would probally agree with me on this after an experiance with a certain company chairman Mr . R . Grewal .
Hence my decision now to never trust & gamble on the stock market again .
However , l,m still holding on to my shares in Sirius Minerals , & somehow do believe in there incredible mining project in Yorkshire , even though there is still some risk & little comfort from the companies latest short & uninspiring RNS statement .
( They surely could have been a bit more confident with there suspension proposal ) !!!
Looking further ahead , Myos ( " Perspective" post ) at 10: 23 am. does present perhaps a slightly better picture & some confidence of where the company is at the moment , & this together with finally we hope a country leader , that has tucked his shirt in , tidied himself up a bit , & appears very determined to sort the UK. out wherever you live . Boris is a man that calls a spade a spade ,& thats exactly what this country needs at the moment , confidence & inspiration . Lets also hope that SXXs management follow suit , tuck there shirts in , & get the funding sorted once & for all !!!

There,s something odd & unsettling with Sirius Minerals latest RNS only briefly outlining the stupid reason for there decision to suspend the bond offer , which has consequently & obviously resulted in so much uncertainty within the market share price
As somebody said earlier , why a suspension , they could have just left it open . What difference would it have made to the price of bread under the current financial upsets , which will probally settle down anyway .
What will change in 6 weeks time or so to make the bonds asset value more attractive .
lts certainly not very confidence boosting to all concerned , especially when considering SXX s currently employed very exspensive world class engineering contractors who are working there nuts of for the company , & just maybe now wondering what the hell is going on , & whether there going to be whistling down the wind for there next invoice payments . wouldn,t you.
How is SXX convincing them otherwise , when they put out RNS as they have done .
There,s obviously a lot more to all this than meets the eye , which the market rightly or wrongly is not being informed of .!!!!!!
Meanwhile private investors in general are running around like headless chickens trying to decide whether to buy --sell--or hold after SXX timebomb announcement .
lnvesting in the stock market has always been & always will be a dodgy old game , & this company investment is certainly proving to be no exception , which is a shame for all concerned .

And !!! What about bumbling "Boris " & his maiden speech in Parliament . Boris,s bumbling finally turned out to be a man with a brilliant brain combined with a stealth determination to hopefully get to grips with our countries problems & finally sort them out whatever part you live in .

Everything in life has an element of risk involved as were all to well aware of , but with the company & people above involved makes me feel a whole lot more confident .

lf the above linked report is so positive & good , why have Randeeps companies , G .D.G / G.D.L./ G.E.L.in China been such a failure & lost shareholders money , whats suddenly changed after all these years working with the very dodgy chinese companies . Finally selling Most of G.D.G.gas assets to pay of dept & presumably starting all over again with cbm gas developement in China .

So what is the point then of the charts if they cannot be trusted with accurate data imformation that so many investors follow & make comments on . "The title arises under misleading financial lmformation "
Many investor consumers are without doubt influenced by the content of these charts & that is morally wrong .
The only reason the FCA dont take this up , is the disclaimer third parties add to the end of there financial websites that most investors never get round to reading . On a final note can anybody impress on me the point of the charts in question & the purpose they serve with so much incorrect data imformation ?
