l suppose on hindsight it was obvious there would probally be some dilution with the funding .
Still a good project though , if only investors didn,t panic .

What it should state is : Any information that is false or misleading contained in a listed companies RNS statements may constitute market abuse , punishable by up to seven years in prison . Am l bitter ? Yes !

But l do think sirius Minerals is a different kettle of fish . And thats why lm here . Fingers crossed of course !

You know who you are then . Tough old game this , & yes l have not done well , l have believed to much in whats stated by Chairman of listed companies . But what else can you go by ?

l have been with 4 companies over several years ,& unfortunately 3 have diluted .

What a stupid statement to make !

While undoubtedly this & all listed company shares are a gamble ( especially with the mm minipulations ) but im in on this mining project because quite simply l don,t think our government ( god knows who they are at the moment ha ha ) would easily let Sirius Minerals mining project down if things got tight , bearing in mind the employment & offshoot
business this enormous mining project will develope in the next few years in this area & beyond .

They can,t be trusted Gareth , l have just brought 4000 shares in sirius mining 0ne hour ago & there not even listed !!!

Not even on thisismoney charts either .

Market cap : £ 640 million . Equity : Over £1 billion

Got to be good & well under valued now !!!

What a volatile share this is , to much short term financial risk l suppose , & plenty of the unknown engineering long term risk !!! What is the mine really going to cost at the end when considering the loan interest involved !!!

And finally , what about the slightly unknown demand for the fertilizer in about three years time if the mine is finished on time !!! This is also what the money lenders have got to get right before lending the billions involved !!!

Plenty to think about !!! Plenty Of risk to think about !!! Otherwise a very good company ,!!!!!!!!!

Shorting or not shorting , call it what you like . Stock market investment is a gamble !!! & Sirius Minerals is a big gamble !!! But a very good company on the face of it . But remember the fertilizer mining is proberly at least 3years from production & thats if all goes to plan . My investment here is under no illusion of the risk involved as usual .

lnvest what you can afford , but dont be influenced by the dreamers & there share price predictions .

WOW !!! What an engineering project ! However one needs to remember the engineering & financial risks involved with a mineshaft that is neally one mile deep , & a mineral transporting tunnel complete with state of the art conveyer belt system 23 miles long , together with all necessary infrastructure at Teeside Port .

The tunnel alone at an average depth of 250 metres , is much deeper & almost as long as the English Channel Tunnel . Makes you think !!! G.L.A. Especially Sirius Minerals ( there going to need it )

Back in March 2016 brokers " Peel Hunt " & others , reiterated a target price " buy " of £ 9.50 per share on the basis of G.D.G . cbm gas assets in China . So what exactly has Randeep Grewal done for investors with all this estimated gas wealth after 20 years Exploration & Developement . lt does indeed , beggar belief !!!

l wonder just what G.D.L investors would have to say about it !!! A few rather more stronger words l would lmmagine !!!

They might find a few black cats around , but l dont know about any of the shiny stuff with this companies history of success !!!!!. l would take trevs advice if l were you !!!!!

Dont apoligise mytton l stupidly had 230,000 shares at 2 pence about 7 years ago with this company , they have now diluted & failed with so many projects that my current shares after massive dilution ( my fault l should have seen it coming ) now stand at 1,100 at todays price which means they are worthless. l still dont understand how my shares were diluted by so much. Tread carefully folks .!

Had an email response this morning from G3E lnvestor relations fticonsulting & Genevieve Ryan ( senior consultant )
confirmed that there has been no change to the institutional investors as listed on G3E current website .
A further enquiry was answered that the Hong Kong IPO is on schedule & an update RNS will be before year end .

Allthough there was an estimated reduction in gas reserve holdings , there is still a now confirmed $14 + Billion Dollars worth discovered which is now in the production process , with an awful lot more to come from G3E future developement programmes in China.

All a bit more encouraging maybe !!!

G3E share price has got to double at least on Hong Kong listing , with everything on offer with G.D.G , including being a dept free company , whats not to like for new share holders .!!!

Original investors have been taken for a ride here , but new investors seem to realise just how cheap this share is with the promise of a near term dividend as well !! Hong Kong listing is surely imminent !!
