Here's the link to the PATH monitoring. If it works you can see that GDR are on the list of tests with regulatory approvals- it says from 2 countries, so out of date information but it also flags GDR up for detection of all 3 variants of concern.

You can search for all kinds of interesting things on the dashboard. For example, Surescreen doesn't meet WHO spec for specificity. Lots of tests in use don't meet WHO criterion.
None of the UK tests have submitted data to this worldwide monitoring health agency.
But anyway, Mologic and Avacta are both on here now. As is Genedrive if you look under molecular tests which have received at least one country's regulatory approval- though it's a bit out of date.

PATH are a world health independent monitoring body. The New York Times discussed their work on monitoring tests especially in the light of new variants. CWalsh on the GDR board shared both links. I will share them from my PC.

But if it ain't working for you then either sell or wait depending on what you think it will do next. I am just pointing out that dissing your own investment is really dumb arse. You need it to build from here if you aren't going to average down. If it falls further and you can't afford to average down all the day traders will just milk it for 40% from 55-75p again and again until news. Your best interest is to do some research and share positives to help it build.
This ain't my main holding. I'm not putting a penny more in before news if I don't see sentiment improving. If I put £30k in from 50p in 2 weeks which you could help it to achieve the way you're going, my average will be less than half of yours. X50 others. Can't you see the implications?

The Guardian Live Coronavirus news has the news that Brazil's P1 variant is wreaking a terrible toll. The country's ICU units are at 95% capacity and the death toll is close to that of the US. The mutation is 2.5 times as contagious as the original virus. It appears to evade the spike protein which most vaccines and most tests target. David Budd has said that Genedrive's PCR test does not rely on the spike protein, rather it also recognises the nucleoacid protein. The science is above my pay grade I am afraid but Budd says this is why GDR's test has so far picked up all variants. I am pretty sure that if I can see the value in this then all the top grade scientists at the FDA will be taking these claims about the Genedrive testing kits very seriously. These mutations seem to have little problem crossing borders. The South African variant is already in 4 London boroughs for example and the Kent variant was in France at the same time as it was here.
It's actually awful news. But I think GDR will be very much in play before too long. On that sad note, I 'll say goodnight everyone. And GLA.

Once again Guy, I really think you are saying something that is blatantly untrue. I haven't seen anyone say that they have been told GDR has been approved already. We all know it's in process because the FDA site can be easily accessed.
But you don't have to believe every poster or even anyone. These boards are good to share research and guage opinion but if you are putting your own money in you would check information wouldn't you? It's ridiculous to think we're too late. The government intend to ensure a UK diagnostics industry so that 1. We can squash all outbreaks of new variants (the South African variant is already posing a clear presence in London) to keep us on track with the roadmap 2. We can respond to any future pandemic without the ignominious choice of hundreds of thousands of deaths vs busting the economy again. GDR are part of the new generation of tests. Faster to produce and faster to process results whilst using less core resources. The PHE are now acknowledging that most PCRs are only 90% sensitive. Check out their website for the latest advice. GDR are closer to 99%. Once they get a foot in the door older tests will become redundant. The BC partnership means that GDR can step up to the challenge at scale. The only downside is your investment timescale. If investors show confidence new investors see that timescale as an opportunity to buy low. If we don't of course the sp could fall fast before we get the news we are waiting for.
The world is still in the midst of a pandemic. The ONS have just reported 150,000 cv19 deaths in the UK. We are in recovery mode. The whole country has been traumatised. We will be cautious for a long time and we will soon be using tests routinely. If you are a real investor and you want to see your share rise from here before news you need to take some responsibility for the decision you made to invest. Stop criticising or stop posting.

Well Guy Incognito, if you are invested maybe you should focus more on your feelings of hope rather than your feelings of gloom. Gloom is infectious if you keep banging on about it. The £1.9 trillion stimulus bill including the $50 billion testing budget was signed on 12th March. Only a month ago. And things are motoring on now for sure. What a difference it makes having a rational leader on the world's biggest stage. Who knew? Lol.

I think he must be shorting here. No shorts at all on ODX but maybe he's got a speadbet on somewhere. Suppose they don't have to declare under 0.5%. Well we had one half of this thread title. Mologic are fast tracked on the US NIH program. That's a state backed program for tests they want guided through the regulatory process asap. The test is done. The QA team from the experts at Liverpool School of Tropical Diseases are 'delighted '. We have a partnership agreement with Mologic to sell under the Visitect brand. So the next RNS should be to confirm the tech transfer completion and potentially say something about the sales plan for that test. Equally the next RNS could be to recognise a government buy for that test from within the £374milion contract. Or both the sales potential for the US and the government contract relationship with that test could be the subject of that RNS. Deserves a top up really! If you are a new investor lucky you! G8 price to jump in at without a long wait before you see your returns.
