Well if it's on the edge of administration then the whole £75 million requirement is gone. It wasn't debt that was what they wanted for their expansion plans. That's out the window now.
If there really were several interested parties they could make an offer and buy the brand and do whatever they want with the assets. So could be worthwhile bidding on their own terms.

I think there will be an RNS tomorrow to confirm the outcome of the fundraise. Ideally they should confirm the new investments in full. I am assuming that the likes of Crispin Odey who is just in with £8.5 million will have invested for a reason. I would really like to see the master services agreement published in full before the end of the month as promised in July, described as due 'very soon'.

Is anyone listening to the presentation? The CEO is saying that the autism treatment is demonstrably proved already. They are very confident that they will achieve £165 million of milestones. It's a transformative transaction. They have a two year run way on funding right into 2025. They're looking for partners for the breast cancer treatment and they've reiterated the new phase one cancer assessment for brain tumours.
The whole panel sound really positive and really confident about SFX01 and the varied potential of the drug for meeting the needs of vast, multi-billion pound markets.

Won't have to wait 6 months. It'll recover tomorrow. Was always going to fall after such a big one day rise. I am away for a couple of days so wanted to get in before the presentation tomorrow. We'll soon see a bounce back.

Think he just wants to get the objections withdrawn(which were technical, from an industry party). The hearing is required from a regulatory perspective I think.

Liberum will buy and sell all the way up. Trying to steady the rise for the client. They probably don't want the price to be £1.20. Lol. I think it's going to 12-15p before bids. Bids will add a premium and if there's more than one in the game they might start competing. If they agree the takeover it then goes out to the market again. A better price can come in anytime thereafter from another player if it's still seen as cheap. The pound is low vs the dollar and the euro. This will be excellent value even for 25p.

They got hurt by the pandemic sadly. As is the case with a lot of new firms. If a serious player takes over the legacy will thrive as part of a stronger entity. They do make gorgeous furniture.
