Cash isn't running low. What nonsense. They have cash to the end of 2024 and they are about to sign a new pharma deal according to the CEO. I suspect Vulpes is selling to buy more OBD which Odey funds are selling because there's a run on Odey funds. My theory. If they confirm the pharma deal this will be over in a flash. Unless the CEO is lying in her interview only last week? But they have a very good pharma deal in place now so I think she's telling the truth.

It would be useful to know what happened yesterday though wouldn't it? Frustrating that we're still guessing a day later with no TR1 or other solid information. Maybe tomorrow?

Odey is certainly causing some serious upset in the firms he is/was invested in. I guess we'll get an RNS soon enough. If it's a TR1 coming I think that'll offer certainty and the sp will recover quickly. The Odey fallout will be worse for firms directly hit according to the FT. Seems plausible that there will be a bit of a wider impact in the short term. I hope that it's along those lines. Obvious opportunity for new investors- should be quickly taken up.

Not the time for them to sell the company. If it all comes good it could go for a couple of quid minimum. If she waits until it's properly proved up, much more.

The FT article is pretty much the same. It's behind a paywall. From 21st June if you're a subscriber. I think they're selling. Bit unfortunate that the hedge fund is jumping on board too. Such a shame. But Odey funds knew what he was like for pretty much a couple of decades and did nothing to stop him. A decent HR approach could have stopped all that awful behaviour.

She also said that they have 'plenty of cash' for the foreseeable future. Pathetic if that has scared a couple of the hedge funds. More likely one of them has their own problems and decided to sell as a consequence. If that's all it is I can see retail investors piling in to take advantage of this.

If there's a deadline on the options why wouldn't she sell them? I think we're hoping she will then buy shares with them. Will send out a very positive signal for forthcoming deals and news.

G8 summary Cleanerworld. And didn't the CEO say they were signing up to another deal atm with another pharma? The options thing us annoying for long term holders but when she converts them the sp will rise again quickly as I understand it. Very undervalued at 13p never mind now. At least it's got a few more investors to commit. I will buy some more for my SIPP when the dosh arrives.

Odey funds are selling. It was in the FT. Google it. They have 16% of Miri shares.

Maybe further to fall. Octopus Odey had 16% of the shares. 64 million. It may take a while. The FT says they're selling everything unless someone steps in to buy their shares as happened with their AO holdings. I guess they could have started selling late June after the FCA told them they couldn't freeze all their funds and had to let Odey fund holders get access to them. Now they say they are looking at transferring their funds to other fund holders. But looks like Miri is just getting dumped.

I hope they do have an equity raise sooner rather than later if it's coming. The uncertainty dragging on won't be helpful.
