No-one has misunderstood anything. I am saying the claims they make are verified by their business partner- nothing independently validated. They are not saying they are making tests. They are saying they will supply antigens of a high quality.
They could supply antibody test makers, competitors or they could be a future partner, who knows. If it's properly validated it will be big. That will be a long way off.

Regulator, they haven't been clear. They haven't even named who has verified it. They use the words 'may' and 'could '. It will be another TPP by Monday. Already falling like a stone over there.

Who tested it? TTT shares crashed today after they lied to the market. You all just have further to fall if this is dodgy. All very vague.

Their RNS is really ambiguous. It's still in the labs. It says it's been validated but not by who. A lot of 'could' and 'may's. Another TTT in the making.

Fusion are falling now. A lot of new investors will be left holding the baby over there. Someone has just posted on their site that the average covid share has 30 bagged from £1.00. Oh dear.

Shareholders are deserting companies in the hospitality industry. When they dust themselves down they might want somewhere better to invest. Might be useful for us to keep the fundamentals in view- with appropriate updates. Ton1s post was g8 earlier. We should bear in mind that we aren't only talking to each other. New investors might find a recap of where we are and the fact that we are very well placed in relation to the competition from the point of view of timelines and high quality, low cost, highly accessible point of care antibody and antigen tests alongside lab tests. We have a broader product range for cv19 tests and we are further ahead with verification processes. Very low risk in this respect. The fact that some of the competition have failed the early stage of verification that we have already passed with CE Mark's x2 and selection for trials x 2 and just waiting for MHRA approval is compelling.

Yep. Time for me to do something else. All this talk of possible lockdown is only going to add pressure and interest in credible testing companies. Still not over the whole TTT and DNa Nudge waste of time and money. Never mind. Truth will out. And the cream will rise to the top. Not long now.

I guess it would make sense that approval and orders come in at a time when the RTC is totally prepared and hundreds of thousands of tests are ready to go out the door. Government will want to hit the ground running after the failure of the TTT and the DNa Nudge (still to be properly exposed since the FT doesn't seem to have noticed that 98% accuracy is required by the MHRA, not 94%).
At least they can be seen to get one thing right. It will be significant because they supported the consortium. It will put the spotlight on ODX as the only listed member of the consortium.
Then we'll have a bigger pool of investors looking at us for all of our Mologic partnership tests. From yesterday's select committee testimony it seems they still want millions of lab and antigen tests and they are aiming very high. 1 million a day is still 365 million a year. Competition are falling by the wayside. We'll sell everything we produce.

The government are really getting on my nerves now. They fall for every bloody snake oil salesman they meet. Waste of time and money. Eventually the media will notice 94% doesn't meet standards. It will be quietly dropped otherwise.

Waste of £5.8 billion that was then. Three of our tests have been CE marked, meeting MHRA stand for over 96 and 98% sensitivity and specificity. Should blow the competition for new gen tests out of the water.

Yeah I see your point for sure. I guess the RTC were really starting from scratch and as small companies the supply chain could be a bit more complex? NCYT as first out of the blocks got a big commercial partner on board quickly too. We had to go through the stress of fundraising for example even though we had some government funding. We have a bigger portfolio too. Not just ODX. All the RTC partners have other things on. We may be getting the advantage of first moves with the new faster tests though now so we could soon be as successful as NCYT. Might be worth the wait. Not long to go now. Stressful business investing;)

NCYT started before everyone else in the UK anyway. A lot of the early tests, Roche, Abbott and the Chinese tests ended up getting binned back in May because they weren't very accurate. It was all over the media. So it kinda does add up. It was a bit of a scandal if you remember. They rushed because they were desperate and panicking. Still desperate of course. Better to do things properly.

Totally MB. And the price for the poc antigen is £5.00. Though it does look very much like the RTC is being prepared for commercial sales too. At £13.00 retail we might get more than the government price hey?

Interesting Regulator. What is the range of bets in your team? I can see them settling on 1 million a day as a target. They won't spend £100 billion. Just someone blue skies thinking. Lol.
It will be hard to deliver even a quarter of that with lab tests. They can't keep up with the processing according to Harding at the select committee today. I think they will shift to new generation poc tests. Once the app is live it will be very efficient but even before you could get the records set up from pharmacies, dentists and mobile centres for pretty immediate data collection. I feel a bit sorry for them though. It's a big logistics challenge.
Still if they aim for a million a day that's 365 million a year. I'm also optimistic it'll be very ambitious over time because Colin King is now saying our market will refocus on the UK market.
