It won't be selling for £40.00. The RTC is already advertising a price of £13.00. ODX could get much more than the £1.50 for the government order, for commercial sales on that basis. If we are getting £5.00 for Mologic antigen tests that could form the baseline for orders through any commercial context I am guessing. So £1.50 for 10 million for government in line with the agreement. Anything above that for any customer could easily be between £3 and £5.00. With capacity for 100 million that easily justifies the brokers target up to £5.00. It doesn't matter what the life span for the product is beyond about a year. They will do something else with the money. They are a top tier diagnostics company. We will have to face other pandemics in the medium term according to the WHO becauseof environmental degradation. We will need to be better prepared next time.
And we will have to get to grips with the endemic issues and causes so we don't have to live like this ad infinitum.

Doesn't matter who'se it is. Our test is better than Roche and Abbott's. The point is that they are starting the plan to test all care workers for antibodies. They will soon replace inferior tests. It will transform the testing environment, reducing costs. Easier to find people to manage data entry than highly skilled lab technicians (who are going back to university anyway- most were transient workers, PhD students according to the Guardian). The RTC test has an app so you can send in results.

If ODX were a racehorse it would be Red Rum in the 80s. Coming up from the middle and streaking ahead and winning every race entered. That's how I'm feeling. The Ulster self assessment results are due this week. We already know they will show we are top of the class in every respect. MHRA approval to follow. Probably qualified until the REACT 4 immunity report which is due the week after. Then all ODX investors are getting a first class ticket to the moon. Can't wait but must wait:)

It's not a lft. It has to be processed- results are assessed using a machine. Expensive. And SAGE were not impressed with the accuracy. Read the SAGE paper that was shared yesterday.

Regarding L&G they probably have a few pressing needs for their investment assets right now- to apply them to their core business. Lloyd's of London have just reported an extra £5 billion paid out on insurance claims due to the virus this year. L&G are a big firm. Their life insurance and cover for loss of income etc will be 1. unexpected against a timeline of even one year's business plan and 2. urgent. They will have made a great return already.
It's probably better that they have unloaded most of their holding before the big news?

I will share it on the pc. It names those companies for the 90 minute machine reliant tests. Neither of those have an antibody test. There isn't loads of focus on antibody tests but pleased that it has mentioned them.

Half way through the article it talks about the ambition for 'freedom passes' conferred from a test to identify if you have it or have had it, if the test shows antibodies and will therefore have a period of immunity. Bingo.

Interviewer: Do you think that we will have the speedy tests ready by Xmas?

We will be absolutely wall to wall when we get MHRA approval. The RTC will be the first testament to the possibilities offered by point of care lfts linked to an app to send instant results to health authorities. If Mologic is next up we are selling 100 million tests before we have made them. Then ODX will be looking at further expansion. What a fantastic investment.
