I have a feeling that we will not see anything until Monday 30th or Tuesday 31st. I'm also assuming that we will see a gentle rise in the share price next week and on that basis I've had a nibble this morning, first in a long time.

Andrada is a leaky share. If you start to see movement end of this week, beginning of next expect a decent quarterly, end of year set of figures.

My money is on a decent set of figures. The piggies wouldn't have rewarded themselves handsomely recently for no reason.

I'm struggling to follow the logic on that post of yours HarChris. Bohercom said, according to Quotestream a "58m shares at 14:38hrs on 6th March 2025 at 1.85p" went through. That's 58m at 1.85p which they were recorded as holding for at least a couple of months after acquiring before dropping off the 3%+ radar. Simple explanation for that, surely, is they were selling.

The transaction may have been negotiated and they may have picked these shares up from a distressed seller at this bargain basement price. The fact remains that the 58m went through at 1.85p. Other entities shedding shares around that time, FIL Investment International and Fiera Capital.

Andrada doesn't keep accurate records of who holds what and when so I guess we will never know.

At that sort of level it gives them sufficient ammunition to control the share price which probably helps explain the give away deal they managed to negotiate on BW.

Put Option

The Company will also enter into a put option agreement that, if exercised by BWCAM, will require Andrada to buy BWCAM's Initial Investment shares for USD11 million in cash or the equivalent in shares in Andrada (the "Option Shares"). The payment option will be fully elected by Andrada. The issue price for the Option Shares is the lower of (i) 3p or (ii) the 30-day VWAP at the date BWCAM exercises the option. The Put Option would be exercisable in the event that:

i) the NaCC approval is not granted or

ii) Andrada does not complete the pre-determined Milestones including assessment of the mineral content and volume, assaying of exploration drillholes and development of a business plan for the follow-on investment or

iii) BWCAM does not choose to make the Follow-On Investment.

Getting freebie shares for simply doing their job. I thought that was what they got paid for.

It seems the way of it these days. Are they taken back when they fail to deliver? Of course not.

Nobody will bother about this give away if they do finally manage to lite the blue touch paper and get this range bound rocket up there but its been a long wait and we're still waiting.
