The trades today look engineered and measured which is exactly what broker-fed liquidity often looks like. The fact that the price remained resilient despite heavy supply is the strongest evidence that this may be controlled liquidity distribution rather than outright dumping.

The more shares floating around in non-sticky hands the more likely we are to see a rise out of our current range bound state.

We might have a move up on the cards soon.

as of may 2026, there is still no publicly released jorc-compliant lithium mineral resource estimate (mre) for the andover lithium discovery itself.

Andover is stronger on:

• probable ultimate scale

• infrastructure

• funding strength

• jurisdiction quality

• development maturity

It looks more likely to become a globally significant lithium mine.

Lithium Ridge is stronger on:

• optionality from lithium + tin + tantalum

• potential capital efficiency

• leveraging existing Uis infrastructure

• exposure to an emerging African lithium district

Lithium Ridge could become a very profitable mid-tier lithium operation if drilling continues to expand the system, but today it is not yet comparable to Andover in confirmed scale or market perception.

The simplest way to frame it is:

• Andover currently looks like a potential tier-1 lithium asset.

• Lithium Ridge currently looks like a promising high-grade growth project with meaningful upside but more geological and development risk.

the andover project appears materially larger and more advanced at this point. azure has identified spodumene-bearing pegmatites across a roughly 9 km × 5 km corridor in the pilbara.

drilling has returned very thick intercepts, including:

* 105 m at 1.26% li₂o

* 112.4 m at 1.05% li₂o

those widths are significant because large tonnage often matters more economically than ultra-high grade alone.

andover is increasingly viewed as a potential tier-1 hard-rock lithium asset in the same broad region as other major pilbara lithium projects.

lithium ridge

lithium ridge is promising but still earlier-stage. the project hosts mineralisation over about a 6 km strike and has produced drilling hits up to 2.13% li₂o.

recent drilling has shown:

* 21.33 m at 1.24% li₂o

* 10.87 m at 1.38% li₂o

* surface samples above 4% li₂o in places

that suggests good grade potential, though the overall resource size is not yet proven to be in the same league as andover.

2. metallurgy and lithium minerals

andover

andover is primarily a spodumene project. spodumene is the preferred lithium mineral for most battery chemical conversion chains because it is well understood commercially.

lithium ridge

lithium ridge contains both spodumene and petalite.

that creates both opportunity and complexity:

* spodumene is ideal for battery-grade concentrate

* petalite can serve ceramics/glass markets

* mixed mineralogy can complicate processing flowsheets

however, andrada has already produced a 6.8% li₂o spodumene concentrate in test work with 76% recovery, which is encouraging.

andover advantages

andover sits near:

* karratha

* sealed highways

* ports

* power and gas infrastructure

that is a major competitive advantage in lithium development.

australia also remains the world’s leading hard-rock lithium jurisdiction with established mining services and financing access.

lithium ridge advantages

lithium ridge benefits from proximity to andrada’s existing uis tin operation:

* nearby processing knowledge

* existing workforce

* regional logistics

* potential shared infrastructure

that lowers execution risk relative to a standalone greenfield african project.

still, namibia generally carries somewhat higher sovereign and financing risk than western australia.

4. strategic partnerships

both projects have strong sqm involvement.

sqm ultimately became deeply involved through the azure transaction structure alongside han**** prospecting.

that gives andover:

So they've started it up again. Well spotted lowlander. I assumed, like the quarterly updates and reporting ASIC, the monthly shareholder update had been canned when they didn't update the end of March. I guess its back to second guessing what movements in the figures might mean.

The last audited financial results for Y/E February 2025 were released 29th August 2025. You've seen the interims so the next audited full year results up to February 2026 are not likely to make an appearance before the end of August 2026. So about 15 weeks or so from here. Or at least that's my take, I could be wrong.

Why this combination makes strategic sense

The Uis deposit is unusual because it combines:
