RE: RE: CCPA - effective 1st January19 Dec 2019 15:59
Unfortunately stt1 throws so much mud around in general that a lot more heat than light is generated.
stt1 is typically ranging all over the place, with some poorly reasoned and wild suggestions that often don't adhere to factual and objective reporting, following a negative agenda of his own.
Trmr were producing fairly strong results, with a good balance sheet, but the acquisition of R1 was suggested to have been disastrous by stt1 before the dust had even settled.
stt1 suggested that Trmr failed to perform due diligence and will suffer greatly as a consequence.
With the long and difficult history behind R1 you would think that if Trmr still thought there was some value to be had by acquiring the company, without examining R1's accounts in great detail and that the loss of Perk's customer base was not particularly relevant, given the shift in business operations, then to use these factors as critical, as stt1 opines, is likewise not factual or objective.
stt1 is wise with hindsight, if one of his negative suggestions ever proves him right indirectly, but a lot that he pulls out of the hat as a 'fait accompli' is personal imagining and mental wandering.
Let's give Trmr a chance before declaring it a dog, but if you don't like it then you can cut your losses!
What is stt1's purpose or point in continually ****ging off. first Blinkx/R1 and now Trmr?
If he hates it so then he should just give over and disappear.
