I have had a detailed look at the volumes over the last year. The current volumes are low. The next big piece of news, or significant sell of in large volume, will dictate whether this is a winner or loser. So long as this doesn't break the upwards trend (we are on the precipice atm) then my bet is that this will bag from here.

If this blows past 335 then we could be looking at £6 by end of September. As i've said since £2 - £2.5 - this was the best opportunity of the year.

nice @andyrp - you can see the 20 day MA bounce this morn. A close below 295 and you will see the traders all over this, sadly. I feel today and tomorrow are very important to resume the upwards trend.

I imagine that, as people realise the 'RNS coming today/tomorrow/after close' chat is nonsense, the day traders and pump and dumpers will exit the building, leading to a bit more price stability. At the end of the day, this is a penny stock and you need to be able to handle the volatility. I am holding until late September interims and trading update, unless we see a breakdown below 20 and 50 day EMAs.

Good bounce off the 20 day EMA. Reaffirms my short-medium term share price re-rate here. Cumon Novacyt!

This has been a fairly bad sell off over the last 5 days. However, we seem to be bouncing off our 20 day EMA and still trading above the 50 and 200 day EMA. A further share price puking from here would be a worry to me from a technical veiw point. Quite and important day today.

until interims and trading update. Added more this morning when it hit the 10 day EMA. Expect this to double by the end of September/early October. Of course, an update re. huge contract win could come before then but, in my experience, it's best to invest based on facts not pure speculation. Technical indicators are a good way to manage entry positions - i would imagine that this 15% sell off from Thursday's high wil be bought into, from a technical viewpoint.

is very close. THis is the 4-5 month high - technically very bullish if we close above 590. Next key stop will be 900. This is a buy and ignore stock for me.

Market has shrugged this off well. Onwards and upwards

@sharehunter - I got a response from Novacyt IR and they said that ‘they will release inside information in accordance with their listing requirements’. There is no monthly sales RNS updates. Bar the interims, the next RNS will be material contract order over 20m or material partnership/project announcement.

@kaeren - sorry, didn’t mean to come across like that. It really winds me up when when knowingly misdirect the real state of play and facts. I have no doubt that lots of people would’ve bought in for quick trades based on expectation that an RNS has been coming (which has been pumped every day on here over the last three weeks) and lost their own hard earned money. I do value opinions and certainly don’t want to be seen as a bully - rather trying too (unsuccessfully) provide some counterbalance on this board to the relentless RNS brigade. P.S.
