Gents - when might we expect a trading update here? The company must be doing quite well as company's start 2021 realising that remote working (in one guise or another) is a permanent structural change...

Unfortunately for LTHs I think this one will be tanking further from here.Q2 2021 really is make or break time. Cash available for about 9 months in my book, which means a placing is imminent (or else they won’t get their going concern statement in the annual results signed off). Placing price guess anyone? I’m going to email the brokers and get out on the potential placees list

Holy ****. Wtf am I reading?! I think a lot of people won’t yet have seen the update as I subscribe for alerts on various platforms (inc HL) and didn’t get a notification....

Absolute shocker of an update - hidden in there is “revenues for the year will be minimal”?!?!? Zero revenue? Why is VDTK suffering worse than other companies in the space? Seems to me like Covid is being used as a scape goat for a business model which is struggling to succeed.

Still in with a small position but at the end of the day this is trading at a big multiple to it’s cash balance and is struggling badly...

Will be looking for a top up at 2-3 pence - like catching a falling knife atm

Is 20k your total desired position here? If not, I would average down, as you need 100 percent gain to recover the 50% loss. Obviously, you shouldn’t hold one stock that represents more than 20-25 percent of your portfolio - that is investing 101. VDTK is a good long term bet but don’t be here for a quick trader’s game. Invest what you can afford to leave for a couple of years and then wait and aee

Look - surely everyone knows the results tomorrow - we are invested based on looking forwards not backwards. Unbelievable company and what a good opportunity to add on the dip. Any dip tomorrow and I’ll be adding again.

£3.30 - £500million market cap - huge upside. Never been more bullish about a stock before. £1billion will be hit next year at some point.

I'm always wary of updates like that - very fluffy - knocked up on Saturday to stem the bloodbath? I think so.

Listen, I do want in here and I do want a lower price (obviously!). Looking at previous SP price action and the operating environment for the next few months, it is my view that the market has further to fall..

Nothing said on this board has any material affect on the SP. It's common sense that ESC will be hurt by another lockdown and potential capital raise. This has seen a 1000% plus rise since March... totally understandable to see people cashing in. Good company, good long term prospects, bad short term prospects. That is the reality.

Ditto - I want in. The company looks attractive for growth and I can see the SP at 50 pence in the next couple of years. However, business is going to be almost non-existent for the next couple of months with lockdowns all over the UK and things getting a lot worse before they get better... I am looking at sub 10 pence as a good entry...

Very good update - can’t wait for 2021. I hope we don’t get bought out for peanuts - this is the type of turnaround company in a growing sector that you want to buy and hold for a few years! Also, lovely sale for £500K with no book value previously attributed...

Hmm - I think another national lockdown coming - NI and Wales just announced another one. That’s the reason for the selling. Furlough just extended to end of April so the gov are paving the way...
