Well - I just got notified that the offer is closing in 10 minutes. Fundraising must have been filled massively quickly! Could this be one of those strange ones where the fundraising actually doesn’t tank the SP?! I guess having funding secured provides a lot of comfort and also allowed building to start with vengeance....

Ultimately, it’s not great but the share price floor should be around 45 pence. Being fully funded should make the company more attractive to prospective investors down the line. The share price will be driven by the lithium price...

0.1 is just the nominal value of the shares

We don’t know if the board are participating because the book hasn’t been built with investors yet... we’ll find out soon

apart from the sell of from 68 pence in the last couple of weeks, when lithium prices have been rising....

Oh my - typical! i've just joined the party and finished scaling in my position today on the market. Then bam just seen this! 20% discount is steep! but the market must have known a big raise was coming?! I've added another 20% on Primary Bid to average down (albeit increasing my position size). I think we'l l see a steep sell off tomorrow but I would guess that anything under 45 pence will be snapped up. Ultimately, although this is years away from revenue, lithium supply is so limited versus demand, the interest will always be there. EV is set to boom...

Gents - where has the expectation of an imminent trading update come from? Form what I can see, there has never been trading updates for Loop only 2-3 months apart.....

Thanks Roy Roy - you have clarified my thoughts and decision to sell up. Valued at 9 times cash and zero revenue (let a lone cash profit) - I'll be back in for the discounted placing.
