My thinking is that the 2020 and 2021 financials are going to look pretty dire here - the revenue is going to be shocking and ultimately its a loss making business... However, if you can look passed this and are truly a long term holder, buying around £10m market cap is good bet. I do feel that ESC will be one of the worst treated companies by this government.

It sounds to me like we good even be looking at July/August. Why so cautious?!

Anyone else quite worried by what the government are saying... looks like a very slow reopening.... escape rooms are probably looking at May or beyond... I really can’t stand this government...

What a gift at this price. A true ESG tech small cap, just swinging to profitability after years of hard work. Just as the hard work is about to pay off and the big clients are onboarded, PIs panic and sell up over a relatively minor admin error. Classic AIM. I view people need money to pump into resource stocks for the annually required fund raise!

The fact there was no cap on the fundraise was a massive red flag for me

Also - there is no real discount - the placing price is just the 5 day VWAP. Pathetic

No cap on the raise - a bit desperate - it’s like saying we just need money, give us whatever you can... also allows them to hide the fact that it will be undersubscribed...

I bought Humm earlier last year but sadly sold up at quite a bit of loss yesterday. The company is so cheap and undervalued yet the change of strategy to pump 10 percent of the market cap into exploration is not one I support. Gold is weakening at the moment (possibly the start of a short bear market?) and the margins are relatively thin now with the resulting AISC having risen substantially recently. I can see oil rallying hard as supply dries up and demand is higher than expected in the short-medium term (alas we can’t switch to renewables in a flash)... I’m toying with re-entering at some point but need to find a reason to!

It could well be! The only other true value/recovery plays I hold are Hummingbird and N Brown Group, so i'm hoping they will be included. I must say Loop is such a clear choice! Would give the SP a nice 10-20 percent boost

My back of the fag packet caps is 125 pence... what a gift this morning at 65 pence - also a lovely technical bounce of moving average

This company will be taken out on the cheap soon... a 35-40 pence offer would probably do it and a big boy could step in and make significant improvements / utilise economies of scale... the valuation is simply ridiculous and I would have though that much of the negative sentiment is already baked in....

That is today i think - people forget that broker targets will always factor in equity raise requirements (and therefore likely dilution etc..) into target SP.

I see this as a triple bagger in the next two years - nice and steady from here...

Painful drop but i added 20% on the retail offer last night and another 40% on the market this morn at 45.5.

This project is significantly de-risked and capital raises off the cards for the foreseeable. It's now a great lithium play for the next two years or so until production, in which time I look forward to tracking progress and in which time, Lithium demand is going to go through the roof.

For me, this is now one to just park and revisit next summer...

I must say it’s a pretty impressive feat for Bac to get done what they have. Let’s see - AIM is usually a punishing place after fundraises! The main thing for me is that lithium is in the beginning of a major bull market
