Rumours of potential Swiss US trade deal talks going well... suspect any deal (eg Sunday night Trump style) would create a 20% plus day at WOSG. Good risk reward IMO as ultimately a trade deal will have to be done by the Swiss

In line trading means the recent weakness must have been solely down to the AIM to Main Market move. £25m share buyback commencing tomorrow should help mop up the IHT sellers (although Octopus will still need an institution to take a chunk of its shares). Good decision by management. Further boosts EPS by 4.4%. Cheap as chip at the moment

More likely just Octopus position being unwound.

Hopefully £3.20 is good support. Saw lots of buyers step in at that price back in January and again in March.

Citadel new short on GBG - 0.52%. Plus SABA thats 1.23% short. Two big names shorting GBG. What are we missing?!

EPS forecasts have been ticking up recently. Only very slightly but now puts GBG on a 1 year forward p/e of 12.3 and a 2 year forward p/e of 11.2. Very vulnerable. Not sure why the company isn't buying back shares? AGM in two weeks so should get a trading update. I've lodged a question for the AGM. Bought two more tranches here. This is now 20% of my portfolio.

Sub £2 would put GBG on a p/e of 10 to 11. For a software tech company that is doing well. Bizarre share price.

Saba Capital upping its short on GBG. Seems odd to me. I wonder if its an AIM to Main Market play?

Or until the share price has fallen 90 plus percent as it has done here and to get back to where it was is impossible

I've been calling the AVCT share price trajectory (down) correctly for years. I think this will be at 15-18 pence post funding. I do agree that if the death spiral funding is removed and the company locks in another 2/3 years of funding, this could do very well from a new, lower base. Until then, it's truly uninvestible.

If you think a massive placing is going to boost the share price, you truly are deluded. To get rid of the convertible death spiral bonds AND give the company extended cash runway, you're looking at approx 50% dilution. That will come with a HUGE discount to 30 pence
