Its clearly not a leak leading to large buys. BUT, the march upwards has resumed and i suspect we'll see an assault towards £7 Thursday and Friday... I also seem to recall a trading update around this time last year. I know we've only just had one but do we think that we'll get another one soon?

The share price graph on BOOM is absolutely delightful. Evidence of sustained buying. Great momentum. A close above £7.20 and we could see some absolutely explosive breakout.

I re-read the October investor presentation this morning and the general emphasis on strategy was on being a lead consolidator of the podcast market. I'm beginning to think that the result of the strategic review COULD be that a cornerstone US investor is coming onboard and injecting £50m or so to mop up a dozen or so smaller players in the US and UK. The economics of doing this aregoing to be very attractive to shareholders, especially if the money is raised at no discount. On a separate note, does anyone have access to the latest broker note on BOOM - I have lost access to Research Tree and am struggling to regain it!

I filtered that bloke Uallmakeitup an hour ago and bam the buys flood in and share price bounce commences!

I'm afraid £200,000 doesn't qualify you as a big shareholder!

The volume has fallen off a cliff, which would suggest the big shareholders are not buying and selling. When management decide on major corporate transactions that require shareholder approval, they usually bring major shareholders 'inside' to discuss with them and obtain their support/views. Once inside, they are restricted from dealing under UK MAR. Just a hunch!

Only 5 small trades so far today. I have a feeling major shareholders have been brought inside...

IHeart media is now 5 times the market cap of BOOM. I'm sure they could easily do an equity fundraise or raise debt, to the tune of £200m and make an all cash bid for Boom.

Looks like a takeover it is then. Shame as BOOM is a great UK small cap listed company. Still think £8-10 is about right, so plenty of upside still out there.
