I wonder if they will be able to convince cornerstone investors that a say £1 to £1.20 MBO with a view to a private trade sale / exit in the private markets in say 5 years, is is better for them. Would be an epic swindle if this was taken private for around £1

I am worried that we may soon see a £1 a share MBO. This would be good for many new shareholders but would crystalize a loss for me. I wonder how the board could justify £1 takeover - has the market deteriorated that much since the £1.70 offer?

... announcing a very doable turnaround plan and valued on a a couple of months' revenue. I would think we will see a massive reduction in shorts over the next few weeks. Squeeze

I think what people miss is that the retailers that survive this unprecedented market will win big market share. ASOS and Boohoo may be struggling versus comparatives but they are big beasts in the right part of retail and will ultimately become stronger relative to peers. Wish I had more to add to both down at these valuations (market cap of 12 weeks or so revenue!!!!)

I think we are close to a bottom. Hoping for a plus 10-15% day soon to mark it. Currently - 50% and -£6k but very optimistic for medium term.

Should have added that the UK gas price is falling off a cliff... hopefully it will capitulate.

Looks like it will be on an upward trend from tomorrow, which will be the first time since mid-August... All we need is the macro to turn and this will double from here by year end. GLA! I'm currently -52% and -£20K long term investor.

Ease off in inflation and Fed pivot and we are back to 1.30 plus by year end IMO

Until company valued at £0. Current market cap is what, 9/10 weeks of revenue. This is priced to fail at this point. brutal and not fair

BTW - many retailers will go under in the next 6 months or so - Boo will emerge in a stronger market position.

If you can stomach the fear of the next 6 months, we are looking at the opportunity of a decade here. Same with other beaten up retailers, JD, THG, ASOS, AO

Bracing myself for carnage tomorrow. Hopefully it will be final BOO capitulation before the tide turns. I know people say this can half again but the valuation is a joke. Its as if no possibility of any recovery at all is baked in... We are valued as if the business could go bust, which just won't happen

I’m shell shocked. The market is effectively writing off all the investment Boohoo has made in becoming a market leader. Valued on a couple months revenue. Valued based on short term profits and not sum of the parts. Sentiment can probably get a little worse in the build up to Xmas. Marco Crises like this always seem like it’s the end of the world but a change in winds could see the start of a 10 bagger over 5 years. I have lost £30 grand here, £40 grand on THG and £10 grand on ASOS and am gutted but holding firm through this unbelievably painful period

These are only Interims to June, so why would current FX be mentioned?
