Yes imo this is a billion $ co in the making, so look at the MCAP, the deals, the collaborations, the demand, usp, international exposure and try and attribute normal co volumetrics, pe, fcf, ebitda, roce, bla bla and guess what. If that’s your point you just don’t get it. Vrs are valued at anywhere between 50p and £2 atm. That’s the way it is and in 3yrs time it could be £8 to £180. Who knows, hence investing here you either back the management and the story or you try and trade and usually end up crying in your beer. If you want a comparison look at the Apple graphs, the Microsoft charts, ASOS or Fevetree not frigging GSK. FFS some posters here see a little dip which in th3 grand scheme of things just typify a high growth high volatile stock. Trek still on for £10.

At last some numbers from Gfin and well done to the BoD for getting a placing away, subject to vote, at 8p but there is always a but; 21% dilution and quickly reading through the detail they hope to do an awful lot with that money. Sp reaction? Well at least that’s the known unknown is out the way for now and I suspect PIs will at least be able to top up at the placing price or lower. Short term, bearish, long term positive. We don’t know cashburn for sure but stepping back and looking at the finances strategically they are very dependent on Charles St. Any future raise Charles st will ‘have’ to buy in else they cut their own nose. To pacify Charles St the placing (if any) would have to be much lower sp, possibly even 4p. Charles st are then, if not already, locked in until this becomes cash positive as any sale by them could send the shares sharply lower as the market would view it as a massive stock overhang. It doesn’t always work having one big investor. Imo the BoD need to get someone else to buy in and help Charles St and Gfin fund their model. On a cash flow side kids want anything on line for free or as near to free as possible. They are happy to upgrade games, consoles, pay for physical entry to stadiums etc but if they don’t get subscriptions or virtual tickets for near zilch someone else will soon fill the gap. Hence the importance of sponsors to Gfin. But atm we don’t even know who is paying who from th EPL deal. Investment here is a massive risk, i like the project but I am sitting on the sidelines for now even if it means paying more because it’s still ver early days for Gfin. Trek.

I just added 4K shares. Numerous deals, ceo positive, looking forward to FCF, director buys but more importantly we now have resident deramper and there are no declarable short positions! Been selling some blue chips and adding to Opti as imo it’s outstanding value atm and actually less risky coz most of the hard work has been done. Peeps are knocking on our door know and soh is delivering some great win win deals. Trek

Alpaca, no advice intended but I am on sidelines for now. I may buy in later and keep some powder dry to av down. I think we have been too far ahead of the curve here. Imo they will need more cash soon hence the lack of finance info. If they had working capital or new revenue from these deals they would had intimated that to the market but silence speaks for itself. I read a Goldman Sachs blurb on email yesterday re esports in Poland, very exciting and pretty much main stream there now. There is defo a future but need to know the numbers and if Charles st are happy to fund this until meaningful revenue materialises. Trek

Looks like Woody still selling and valueact hoovering up everything. They were 5% not long ago. Not sure how much has been otc through broker as volumes seem low. Whilst I agree with you in general. Events like capital selling down provide opportunities to enter or top up at a good price. I recently sold some stock so have funds to reinvest and top up here (and elsewhere). Sub 50p as opposed to 55p will give me more shares and more of an exponential wealth increase should things go our way. Trek

Boyzee, therein lies the concern with Opti. The dichotomy is because of NDAs they can’t give market pleasing revenue forecasts but still announce deal after deal. So as an investor one has to decide where the SP should be based on the deals known balanced against market acquiescence. I believe Mr Market is way out and often on aim the exaggeration is either way there is often no middle ground. Opti imo is now way undervalued, some directors also think it’s worth a punt or more. If it's the same seller in multiples of 5k then they should hopefully be done soon and we could fly as the sells are being soaked up. When Miton offloaded a load of VRS the SP was in doldrums and then bounced significantly. It proved to be a fantastic buying opportunity. I see OPTI more likely to bounce 50% from here more so than many other stocks out there and with these sells being absorbed there is imo less downside risk as well. Just don't feel that way yet but it will turn soon. Trek.

I added 6000 Friday. Why because the story aside I just see more chance of upside from here than downside. More upside from here even than VRS, HUR or MATD in the immediate short term and less risk. Simple as that. Trek

I have been harping on ages about a strategic investor, at this rate more of a White Knight is needed! Any placing now without some sort of strategic investment and these boys will be grounded. It would likely be at a big discount and the current major holders may not have an appetite for it. Look at the Arup RNS still no finance info, likewise the EPL one, no finance. Its not a case of bashing a share I am invested in, the product and potential is top class having done this great work they need to come in for tea now and sell a part of the company to release its potential. All of course my opinion. Trek, off out to play.
