High it’s been a nightmare both buying and selling. I sold out in mid 80’s and been buying back in recently. Picked up 10k yesterday 8k a few days ago and will keep buying sub 75 but can only get small tranches. I wouldn’t rule out a twist with the environment services like to offer deep cleaning as well. That will help confidence as peeps go back to work. Set car is a gem!

It’s the first time I have not held shares in BPC since 2009. I hope so boom, but I thought my pub would stay open. If there is a delay we have cash at 40p and we are cash positive from ops even with low op. Anyways I added more today but that doesn’t stop me being pragmatic or showing a longer term view... For those that are interested I have been buying back divi blue chips, GSK, ULVR quarterly divi, and RB. Stay away from banks and insurers for now. Food/hygiene and pharmaceutical’s will lead the recovery. China cv19 numbers down and good time to slowly average back in but still no better value than txp! All imo but patience and timing is key.

I am expecting chinook and Royston to be put on hold. I think we will get through cascadura next drill and tie backs but as for new sites unless there is a massive turnaround in the cv19 situation then they won’t drill because the contingency planning landscape changes dramatically. That includes (especially) offshore. I expect existing ops to continue but that’s it, not to mention the inevitability around funding for E&P in the future. The irony is txp could do very well out of this as a domestic producer and be ready to hit the ground running when things look up. Just a view.

“Life goes on....” it does bonum but not as we know it! I sold out 100% today at around 2.25. My reasons are simple, I need to protect profit and capital. I doubt they will drill now as there is no contingency in the EA for drilling in a pandemic other than obviously don’t drill. This will mean a further stall on farm out and stress on cash. It will also mean against macro and low poo there will be little appetite to fund small cap oil. I sold matd also for this reasons albeit I ‘only’ had a 100k shares there. Not saying Bpc won’t drill but the downside looks more likely than our previous upside from here. And it’s just my opinion but I think we all agree on one thing this is truly rotten luck on a scale of a frigging flock of black swans! Best to all guys. Rejoice in looking after our neighbours, friends and families in these unprecedented times. Hopefully back later and I’m not looking for a lower entry. Price is irrelevant it’s wether there is upside from when you buy.

Imo it’s a no brainier, you have to regularly test health workers, key people, ministers army etc and you need an accurate test that can pick up any variations especially as the season changes.

Also if you have self isolated and had virus when do you know you are clear? The paradigm is isolation and testing to try and have some level of control. Hospitals will be for the very sick imo.

Our Mandarin interpreter in Wuhan has now been in lock down, isolation, for 50 days! He says the virus is extremely virulent, thankfully he and his family are clear. The lock down is the only way. My brothers friend in Budapest who has cv19 says it hurts so much, the pain in his eyeballs is unbearable! He is in absolute agony! 30 years old.

You are having a laugh, haven’t you seen the reported cases and mortality gone to 8%. Some people don’t get that even if they sold at 80p they can still make money by buying back in at £1.20 but instead they suffer purgatory thinking 80p will come again and then they capitulate at £5 and buy. It’s one of many reasons why peeps loose money on AIM. I’ve been in this game for 20yrs and seen lots of bubbles. Ya gotta ride em and exit smart not sit and moan. All imo.

As you know I cancelled my cruise with Fred as my wife is a cancer survivor, just too risky. Lost £6k in the process as pandemic not covered and we cancelled.....well ya couldn’t make it up!

Wise words Kalan, could go 25p but could also go 75p just as easily if take up occurs. I bought 10k today and have some powder dry. Tech stocks tend to do well in a recession as Keynesian’s take over. That’ll be good news for VRS and DCTA where I also added today. Tech stocks gonna have a good run soon imo. Nothing like a bit of vix to question ones sanity. I for one am surprised at how BTC reacted to the markets. Well I guess from here with all currencies depreciating they can’t all depreciate against each other so it has to be commodity based which is gold, oil, metals etc but they are also down as we are heading for deflation and possibly well likely a recession. ECB, BoE and Fed to print next imo. So cometh another round of QE and halving and a BTC price that surely has killed off opposition and those that want to get in now can’t get machines and can’t get the money or don’t want to any longer. Funny thing QE equals loads of cheap money and the banks end up keeping it themselves or rebuying bonds so it don’t get to the SME’s that need it. So this time it’ll be QE with stings, ultra low interest rates, negative 10 years and in theory all good for BTC. Either way as long as BTC is still viewed as a viable alternative to fiat arb should make loads of cash. Probably more than before this crash. But then it could all be ****** but my money is still here and I bought the dip.
