Warrants…

The warrant holders pay the strike price for the shares. The company then gets the cash.

The total shares in issue is then increased by the extra shares.

The SP is then diluted due to extra shares. However, this is offset by any increase in the asset and by the company having the cash from the warrants,

Some incorrect assumptions…

1 don’t assume all warrants get converted. Some may expire depending on SP and the individual warrant holders assessment or cash position

2 don’t assume those that are converted are sold. They may well be held for a longer term.

Also here the placees may have financed the warrants in part from the placing shares so may be inclined to hold.

One thing though, imo we are due a SP catalyst that enticed folk to take up the warrants very soon.

Kraken discovery!

Ok v sorry just fking with you after MT’s SAVE post where I am also invested. SJ found the Kraken and had a remarkable success rate offshore with Npe. Now bought out but he took those skills to SAVE.

People make the difference. PB, JS and XM amongst others will be the difference here!

Imo the catalyst for a rerate here is $1834 and a subsequent breakout in pog. PUR’s debt and Hodl mean they would be a huge benefactor from any POG uplift!

Next add in the expo upside and then the imminent 8 zone. That will put huge grades through the mill and the new trommel straight to the bottom line!

Also add in our new site GM. From her cv I think the performance management issues will be worked through positively.

The pog leverage at Pur makes it a great play on any uptick in the pog. Of course the opposite would be catastrophic!

MF was honest about raising next year.

Imo that will, for obvious reasons be at over 10p.

Our two big holders aren’t interested in the SP today. The recent drip was on low vols, it’s what happens in this market.

So as they stuck with us after the last placing then let’s hope they get first dibs at the next one!

That way we avoid forward selling and flipping stock.

I hope the sp stays around 10 just a while longer to build a position before next big news.

Would be nice to time selling LND and buying here but I thinks it’s gonna be too much a gap. We’ll see!

Well some folk like to see a trend reversal rather than just relying on research.

Warrants soon more cash for the coffers. I don’t expect them all to sell. Some would have financed the warrants from the placing flip. A dark world we live in!

Still if you can work it out there’s opportunities for PI’s as well!

Craig was a huge driver of ECR. It’s not gonna be easy to fill his shoes and it’s really early days.

I expected a handshake with the market tomorrow, assuming there had, I hate to say it after a funeral.

I have absolutely no idea if there were/are complications re arrangements or they are out the way. No idea. We will find out when it’s right.

All I do know is a few weeks or even a month in the ECR journey is not a big deal.

Once the arrangements are finalised then things will move on.

When they do move on there, imo there will be some pent up momentum. News that has been ‘held back’ will likely be released.

Whats been lost SP wise during the interim will quite possibly correct very quickly and more! Those ‘51’ buys may be pretty timely!

Well pretty much every PI invested here is cognisant of the benefit PUR will get as a leverage from any POG tailwind.

Must confess I sold half at 55p. It’s just how I do things to protect my capital but I put a lump of that back in yesterday. PURely on macro dynamics!

Unfortunately, well yet to be seen, the rest went elsewhere otherwise i’d be adding here at the bell.

Anyone quick off the mark at 0800 tomorrow may benefit from the LSE/TSX arbitrage. I am fully invested for now else I would have another go!

Not how it tends to work. Any raise will be done in advance of results.

This means we get cash, less risk and then the placee gets benefit of upside.

It’s also potentially less dilutive as the asset can increase for same placing.

The alternative is after Royston, then if it’s a success there is less immediate upside for placees. If it fails the terms of a raise would likely be tougher and be more dilutive.

That’s why a raise is usuallly done before a pivotal event wether it’s O&G, mining or even pharma for that matter.

TGA has become a leverage energy price play. It could really benefit from some tangible regular updates from the BoD. Imo they should be reporting monthly on how much coal is getting through and how much is being sold.

Until then it’s turning into a speculators stock!
