The vendor clearly wants to stay in touch with the prospects through shares or NSR scheme.

These guys really set out their RNS’s well. They clearly have a handle on the grant options and is source as critical metal(s)

As copper price rises these minnows will eventually get noticed

It’s an obvious positive that the BoD have picked up stock. Clearly something they had collectively agreed to do.

The next RNS had better not be the ‘bondie’ has walked unless it is accompanied with a much more tangible and immediate funding solution.

The dilution here thus far has been the opposite of what they intended to achieve as has been the SP trajectory.

My money is now on a US sovereign loan following more skin in this from the Bod.

Take away renewables subsidies in uk get hit with contract dispute litigation which will unlikely favour the govt. Also consumer prices will go up as energy will become more expensive to finance.

UK NS taxes will probably have to be eased from astronomical highs to fill the gap also meaning less income for treasury!

And as pointed out at 50 bucks brent there’s not many that make money in the sector!

As Rachel is finding out. Fiscal measures often do the opposite to what you expect!

These are outstanding drill results with mineralisation open in just about every direction! Exceptionally high grade Au and fully funded with REE’s to come as well!

This is far from fully valued esp given the cash pile!

It will rerate over the next year when sovereign deals get done!

I mean kiss good bye to 20p could be 40p or more depending on terms!

But the question is why would an investor buy an $80m bond for a company that is worth $5.87m in terms of mcap?

I hold but I don’t think that that is going to happen, at least not without a substantial supportive equity raise!

And let’s face it if this lot couldn’t get it done at 30-40p in a better financial macro why should it happen now at 3p?

I don’t think anyone here doubts the asset. That’s why many are invested.

My hope is that that asset is what drives a deal and that the bod can swallow their hubris and get a JV or farm out.

I also hope that they are really working on sovereign funding. The money is there!

That’s another attraction.

So this still has legs but the BoD gotta step up and try something new!

The dilemma is that E&P can be done responsibly-but when you look at the track record - historically that is not the case.

Many western companies now, like AMRQ, have embedded really high standards into their business plans. Woefully though many from Russia, China and african nations basically couldn’t give a hoot! It’s just the minerals, cash and often backhanders!

But who are we to criticise- western companies have only relatively recently turned their ethics around!

Let’s just hope for extremely high environmental standards, including eventual real carbon offsets and extremely high cultural and wildlife preservation in this frontier!

If AMRQ didn’t give me the confidence that they were going about things the right way and always striving to improve I wouldn’t invest.

But I am investing here in a company that I believe will set high standards for others to follow and that is also an important success precedent!

Long may that continue!

I am not bothered about ARV sp atm - it’s so difficult getting the bottom after placings.

The spread is also bouncing the sp +/- 10% on low vols.

The catalyst is the Titan results.

Placees managing risk ahead of drill results and clearing their funding gains probably by selling into their own short positions!

I agree with the AI assessment but it misses the key point and that is that an equity raise in market would optimistically be at 40% discount as there simply isn’t the appetite there. Look at how the RO had been extended. Getting this away at 3p is a great result but what we have avoided was unthinkable!

Elsewhere in the markets, shares in Danish wind-energy developer Orsted have hit a four-month high after a US federal judge ruled President Donald Trump’s executive order banning new wind projects was illegal.

Judge Patti Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts ruled that Trump’s effort to halt virtually all leasing of wind farms on federal lands and waters was “arbitrary and capricious” and violates U.S. law.

Analysts at RBC Europe Ltd. said in a note that the ruling “should put to rest any remaining uncertainty for developers with projects currently under construction in the US.”

Funding - 200k through direct investment and 300k via CLN route.

But if we raised 500k in market on a c £3m mcap the dilution would actually be higher because you would need more shares to get the same amount of money due to the discount commanded by the market. 40% discount wouldn’t be unreasonable.

This way we are anchored at 3p.

Not a fan of CLN’s per se but they can be beneficial at times like these.

As for the warrants - well there has to be some attractions for the HNW individuals and don’t forget Mdh get the cash.

Peeps usually moan about warrant conversions when the sp is higher, say 10p as it’s giving folk 4.5p and 6p shares and therefore appear dilutive through those optics.

But if you are in early you are looking ahead to 10p and a potential stream of funding without the associated broker cost.

No idea how the market will react to this today but I see it as a huge positive as we can push on ops wise.
