Other thing, these people that are not shareholders - they have hundreds of negative posts spending so much time polluting whichever bb it happens to be. I think I am reading this right - are you saying that you think the farm in RNS will be really soon. The drill takes place Q1 2025 and hits the jackpot. Antler then floats on AIM and EOG sells 12% stake for about 25 million and retains 30% and gets a nice divi from Antler that has retained 40 % of the licence. Or words to that effect.

Re your post yesterday regarding cash position - have EOG paid the remaining £2 million to antler in your summary. I recall the deal for Antler stake was £2.4 million GBP of which EOG paid 400 grand up front with rest in 4 installments but can’t see when the other four instalments were due? Cheers

Totallly agree with the general sentiment here which is not so positive. As fang said we were at 12.65 day b4 deal. I think deal itself is now worth about 13.5 since GTE so has dropped 10% or so. The divi was kind of owed so can’t be spun as an added extra. So for an extra 1p at the moment I see it as a risk. At the end, you get 10.43 cash and GTE shares , GTE having like 700 million dollars of bond debt, no divi and a share price that has doubled this year so has scope to carry on dropping. Once that 16% of GTE shares are in play at least a good few likely to be sold into perhaps a falling SP. Anyway those that have now bailed have the option to buy GTE in the market thereafter. An absolute rear ending of a deal. I’m fortunate many of mine were purchased at 9p and was looking forward to the fat divi and a big 12 months ahead

A small share but back would have prevented this low offer. I suspect whoever stays for the extra 1p or so will find the GTE sp drops a lot further prior to when you are able to sell the shares. What a shaft

Re improved offer, the GTE market cap being currently only 25 million higher than the 174 million offer so they don’t have a lot of wiggle room to improve the current offer ? Am I reading that correct. Thanks
