Once 6K phase 1a complete, will the results turn affect how other drugs using same delivery are tested.

Basically is next drug testing regime speeded up by 6K knowledge or will it lead its own independent existence.

Wondering how fast treatment 2,3….n come to market.

PL too true, big picture, that is very wise.

The point is a 2,2 dox equivalent in 6k is not the same as tumor being hit with that.

It actually might be higher in FAP tumor as it’s targeted and the 2,2 dose is not shared with rest of system. Might be less but still therapeutic.

On the beans, dox is like chili beans, some horrendous side effects. 6k is more your Jamie Oliver chick beans in a tomato sauce gently simmered for an hour, and smooth as silk .

HH, years since I did enzyme action. Saturations talks about rates. If enzyme does 100 per hour, that’s saturated. Adding more drug does not increase rate of cleavage.If body is getting rid of some of drug also it means 100% of drug is not cleaved, some is excreted.

Do not ignore saturation, I think you might mean exhaustion.

It’s a simplified picture to paint when we say 2,2 levels. Depends on how much is cleaved before excretion. FAP may get saturated, MTD, never found. From what Fiona said that’s not the case yet and increase in blood effects are occurring.

Like you say therapeutic levels, great news. Therapeutic levels can mean a lot of things, maybe minimums. Hopefully close to full load converted but that is obfuscated until paper published.

P1a will take the time it takes, and better it continues than we think, ah sod it 2,2 is enough. Patients will benefit more on long term, we just need to hold.

upsides for patients and avactor investors I guess we agree on ! Generic dox manufacturers, might want to broaden their portfolio. Just a feeling.

I have no idea how drugs are priced but pretty sure it's not same as potatoes. Just cos you give three doses of X instead of 1 of Z, why would that equate to 3 times the price?

also not sure a 50% figure was mentioned, could you point me at recording time cos that would be interesting. If not on recording, and told to one person, would that be insider information ?

RD, do drugs companies ever buy option to license, ie smaller payment to secure they own it, but the price for ownership is far higher, just triggered later ? Guess research companies want to transfer risk, and option would not transfer much of it.
