Do we know which order this was ? Spire or something else ?

My thoughts: 1 S pen has supercap. 2 Note 9 might also have to enable quick charge s pen... 3 might be murata or Samsung itself. Lets wait and see. But in all ways good for supercap business.

Classic123, thanks a lot for your post. Good observation. Since there is no fundamental change on the potential of the company this means the 18p can be reached and exceeded based on very little news.

Just notice that they mention as shipment date end of August on their website. Looks like they ship batchwise, so highely likely that they are still performing a safe launch.

Iphone is yoke, Samsung... might be even possible since I also noticed a huge silence around Murata lately... did they need to fill the stocks ? Anyone else ?

Tia, no real update from my side yet. Since I do not have an iPhone I´m not using them actively yet (only used IPad and I´m not using my IPad outdoors/in the gym). Hoping for a new IPhone with dual sim and Cap-xx onboard this autumn.

No problem in case they are going to pay royalties, market is massive once it takes of and the wider the adoption the better. Competition will always be more expensive than home made cap-xx products due to the license fee. :-)

OS. you are trying to explain dat due to AVX lost an IP case that they now became afraid and therefore are paying a massive amount of royalty's ?

Interesting to way to look at the situation....

My current theory is: The lawsuit resulted in a solid IP check during their business creation Process. And then.... Based on all their experience on IP related matters they came to the EDUCATED conclusion that this IP was quite strong and started to pay a lot of money (even upfront...) to have access.
