Welsh, totally agree. Good to know that big investors are seeing the company value, bad to know that the shareholder dillution is decreasing. Increase the risk for them of a take over. This is too early for us as small investors...

OS, I have no idea. But after reading Parkez link I expect some settlements before this trial will happen.

There is some logic:
Step #1 try to join up by offering them your ip against license fee.
Step #2 increase pressure by threatening with lawsuit to enforce settlement (makes only sense once these companies are doing sales)
Step #3 enforce them by law.

We are currently in the beginning of step #2 and what did we expect ? That nobody would dare to try and step in this huge potential market ? That would be naive....doing nothing from cap-xx side would be bad.

The whole story shows me that the ramp up must happen Soon to grab as much as possible market share. Competition will come once you presented your product to the market.
