Bumble, I also think their ip is strong. Like already mentioned, the big guys have ip specialists who know how to surpass it. Since avx and murata are paying significant royalties, I’m sure the ip is strong.

What I think what will happen is that They will not go bankrupt but simple start to pay royalties to Cap-xx.

Received more than a week ago an email that the healthtags will be shipped and my credit card would be charged... untill today nothing charged...

The Company expects to announce further progress in these respects shortly.

For me as shareholder a massive risk reduction which was still above our heads.

And I really like the royalties growth. This proofs that they are in business and jumped onto the hockeystick :-)

I did some maths today to find out the stock value based on rns.

1 2mln aus$ Design wins ,25% profit margin and P/E of 15 means 1.3p
2 20mln enquries, 50% becomes order, means 6p
3 royalties growth estimate: 1.54 to3.35 total Revenues. Assume 70% was royalties and it will double again next 6 months. This means about 4p. Looking forward to the promised update on this topic.

Based on above, I think the share should be at least 11p on this moment and based on royalties growth this could easily exceed 20p end of 2018.

After reading the trading update several times, I decided that I’m not going to sell my shares 1st July. They are selling products and receiving earlier royalties than foreseen. Looks like market traction is there. The margin reduction: I dont care since this will improve due to the mentioned special causes but also due to volume increase. They will end 2018 with black figures. They are running new business develepoment according the book and the good thing is they do not have debts ! The only remark I can make is that they should manage the shareholders a bit better, this isnt good for my heart, but guess what: my spire health tag is on the way :-)

This is what we need, multiple proof of traction in the market. From now on this can only rise. This should be above 25p end of year. Actually already now above 15p according my back of an envelope calculation.
