It will be very busy times in Australia:

- installing and ramping up the Murata line with Corona and a deadline (prevent out of stock)
- obtaining the money from Ioxus - xs power.
- arranging license agreement with xs power
- preparing court case/negotiating with Maxwell
- Other supercap manufacturers which got nervous and want to license..
- increased demand by Spire and epeas...

A lot of things which need to be managed in parallel... this time I would accept that we are a bit neglected wrt shareholder updates.

Settlement with Maxwell Will explode the shareprice, simply because this will be published and discussed everywhere, since it is Musk related news. Cap-xx will get huge public exposure...

1 the recent increase of 0.01
2 500 mln outstanding shares vs 5 mln pay back determined by the Ioxus patent case.

So very rough estimate but I thought it is worth sharing...

Ioxus=0.01 (lawsuit)
XS power=0.01 (license)
Maxwell=0.1 (lawsuit)
Maxwell=0.1 ? (licence)
Current shareprice: 0.04

So... "shortly" we are on 0.26 ??

This means that Supercaps are not involved on "battery day".

But, I think this also means that a settlement with Cap-xx is more likely than acquiring them since supercaps are not strategic for Musk on the moment.

I like this since supercaps have far more wider applications than solely car batteries for Tesla and thus more grow potential for Cap-xx outside Tesla.

OS, and why does Murata didn’t stop the license with cap-xx ?

Wasn’t there an announcement why they sold the equipment ?

And did Ioxus sell their equipment to xs power since it was loss making ??

Hi OS, I’m 99% sure. Rational is that it is a highly automated production line. This means the process steps are integrated (dosing electrolytes, folding/cutting, testing and id-marking..)and thus very inflexible to make something else than pouch type products. Since Murata sold these under license of cap-xx the answer is there.

Brings me to another point: where did the electrolyte come from ? This is normally a relative easy scalable high volume product. Did Murata brew this themselves or did they buy it from cap-xx ?

Pp1, indeed great news. This win is simply bullseye and I’m sure busy times for cap-xx in closing license deals with the majority of supercap manufacturers !!

Two learnings:
1 Not so sure yet if they Do not need to pay... They cashed a lot by selling the assets, but they still have sales.

2 xs batteries is Producing and makes no chance in case of a court case so they need to pay for current and future sales. Xs is big enough to cover this and for sure will not get bankrupt.

You would expect that Cap-Xx would spread the courtcase win news by means of an rns...

Seems they are busy with other things which are more important...
