Tony_p, great link. Like mentioned before, epeas is a company to keep an eye on. They are in the frontline of energy harvesting. These videos are the real proof that the total system is getting ready for market penetration. Cap-xx is simply ahead of the rest of the total solution. Patience is here the keyword.

I agree with your post, however I think also that:

1 the lawsuits can’t be drastically influenced on speed. Here cap-xx is doing the things they should do in the sequence needed.

2 on the thin supercaps itself, cap-xx is ahead of the total system regarding energy harvesting,lorawan,iot. The chipsets are just to become available In acceptable volumes and as a consequence the applications.

Interesting find. Ebusco is a serious electric bus builder. It is located in the Eindhoven area where a big bus industry is present (VDL, DAF). I will do some research about them in the coming days.

I partly agree. There are plenty of examples on how shares are hyped by the ceo.

Looking to the latest rns info etc, I think most of us see the potential on the mid/long term and a little bit of hyping the company towards 5 to 6p would not be bad and absolutely not overhyping.

Most of the shareholders are in around 8p on average so it would help to keep them in a better mood and they still will not step out.

But this is only my opinion. Will not sell anyway soon.

Yess !!! Above 3p again.. I think the bod topped up massively to increase the shareprice and make the shareholders happy ;-)

But there is also a serious note: The shareprice has dropped several times below 3p and I hoped (wasn’t that promised to us ?) some more pro active stakeholder management by the bod.

For the rest, no double accounts for me and for sure studying every rns and researching internet.

Can someone explain to me why the 3p placement price was a bargain for the long term holders ? Why is nothing done by Cap-xx to keep it at least above it? Next time I will not add shares anymore.

I think we should read it like this: we still expect to win the ioxus case and the outcome will also be valid for Maxwell. Any other thoughts ? Why would they otherwise continue it ?

I once did an inventarisation about recall costs in normal cars. This is roughly $100 to get them back in the garage and keep the customer happy (coffee, some gadget, etc..) this is excluding workshop time and parts.

I do not know how this is in the professional market (could even be more since the buyer has lost proven income to claim)

I think this will be a serious claim and lost of confidence by automotive OEM. 1 Brandname is spoiled, OEM business gone, high number of claims are foreseen.

On the other hand: Suppose they lost the patent case. Then they for sure would go for a deal with cap-xx and not go for bankruptcy. They still could agree to have a good living from it both.

Just my thoughts of course and happy to be challenged. Good discussion !

OS, Ioxus had some recalls with OEM customers like Daimler. I think that is the reason why they sold their assests since the recall will for sure make them bankrupt en anyway not be able to find OEM customers (was a safety issue, firing of battery)

So their escape was to sell their assets and now they moved to the aftermarket where regulation is far more relaxed.

I think this is the story about Ioxus and I think Daimler is still looking for a start stop solution...who knows...

Btw a big compliment for Musk, why isn’t he electable for president ?
